Noise cancelling is world-class, mic is good for calls, the headphones are well-built, and the SOUND. They sound better than anything I have tried and I have tried Beats Solo and Studio, some Grados, Sennheiser Momentums, some M&D, Bowers & Wilkins, and of course, the Sony MH1000M3. The closest to these to me were the Sony and Sennheisers but I still like the definition of the bass on Bose. Just so clean! Love these

This headset is simply a boon. Once I wear it and immersed in my work I can "maybe" hear mumbling, but since I don't catch the words, I don't get distracted. So far ONLY used the wired option, so cannot comment on the wireless or the Google/Alexa options. Absolutely worth every penny.
