I've had the old QC3 over ear headphones and the QC 12s and was always hesitant to get a bluetooth headset as I felt the quality wasn't as good as inline, but these are worth it. They do come with a cable, so you can plug them into a device if you want, but I really think Bose has come a long way with their Bluetooth technology.

Still great sound but two areas to improve.

The Bluetooth in the headphones though gets annoying. Not that it disconnects just that it skips sometimes like listening to a CD with a significant enough scratch. Multiple times it does this and my phone doesn't move to make it happen. Also but this is probably just me but I never use the assistant button so for me maybe removing that would be great. I think doing that would help with the Bluetooth connection and also the noise cancellation might improve removing that button also.

If you find the Bluetooth skips while listening to your phone it would definitely be worth checking for and installing any available updates for your headphones and phone as having the firmware fully up to date can help for issues such as this.
