I exchanged it with beats studio3 which is $50 more expensive but beautifully built and guess what it’s on sale right now.

Eventually, I ended up keeping it since it can connect to 2 items at the same time. Battery does not last for too long but charges pretty fast.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really liked these, except for the 5 to 7 foot Bluetooth range (I AM NOT KIDDING). Not everyone runs in to this, but I had far better distance with other wireless Bluetooth headphones. I felt more tightly tethered to my devices than corded headphones. Research this yourself before buying these. Google "qc 35 ii bluetooth range" before buying these - there are many posts about issues with these. I returned these and bought a different brand, and have the expected 25 to 30 foot range. Perhaps test in the store before buying them - pair with your phone and walk away - how far can you get? Probably not far. These cost WAY TOO MUCH for me to accept this issue. Maybe a future QC III will address it, or even better, BOSE will step up to the plate and fix the issues with people who are now stuck with them.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II. We're sorry to hear about your experience with the headset's Bluetooth range. The QC35 II is engineered to provide a Bluetooth range of about 30 feet, and what you've described is concerning to us.
In similar cases, we would recommend clearing the Bluetooth pairing list of the headphones with these steps: 1. Slide the power switch to the Bluetooth® symbol and hold for 10 seconds until you hear “Bluetooth device list cleared.” 2. Delete your Bose QuietComfort headphones from the Bluetooth list on your device.
