So far so good. I bought these open box and aside from having absolutely no charge when I opened them, and making me think they were bad, it has worked fine. Just needed to charge a while before they would even light up enough to let me know they were charging.

These headphones represent an excellent upgrade of the classic model - no more buying batteries in airports! - charging is done via USB now. Great product.

Bought the Bose for my wife as she liked mine so much . Great quality as always from Bose and the sales price was great. Definitely recommend!

When my wife and I fly together we share a move and you can not use WiFi on one head set and plug in another head set. Two WiFi head sets will not work eather. Need to use a cord on both head sets with a splitter.so that means if I have my noise canceling earbuds with me we are out of luck sharing a movie .

This is the second set of Bose noise canceling headphones my boyfriend has had (first set wasn’t wireless). He loves them and swears by them when traveling for work!
