Open box item purchase experience

My old one died in me so that need a replacement. Everything was good except found some sort of animal hairs inside of carrying case and hair product scent on headphone. Best Buy could have done a better job of cleaning and sanitizing the headphone during quality inspection of the headphone after accepting the return from previous purchaser especially when we are going through the pandemic.

Quality of music is superb. The price was great. I had a discount as the items I selected were on sale, by chance. when the advertisement says "noise canceling", it means noise canceling. Although I thought the color selection was great (black of silver) someone might have preferred red.

I would have liked more lows but overall sound quality is perfect. I am using it for straight 3-4 hours for office meetings and do not even feel the weight and no pressure on ears. Very comfortable. One annoying thing is is 'voice prompts' when it tries to spell the source's (long) name :) Another thing I observed is if you turn off 'voice prompts' then the button on the right side stops working otherwise that kind of round robins through paired devices. Overall perfect purchase especially when it's sold for $199 at BB.
