    I have always purchased Bose audio equipment just because they sound the best. I purchased this headset because it is "noise canceling" (low and high) and is what my husband needed to block out the loud heat pump in the sunroom. It works like a charm--on "high" he doesn't hear any outside noise/talking. it is very comfortable over the ear.
