Bought these as a treat for myself for a cross country trip. Blocked the drone of the airplane very well. Sound Quality is excellent.

Got these for flying, but really their just so easy to use that I have just gotten into the habit of using them all the time. I do forget to recharge them due to the fact that around the house I use them with the cord plugged in instead of wirelessly. And that doesnt recharge them.

Love my Bose headphones! I am a remote medical transcriptionist and i use these to drown out the noises that i can hear through my walls at home. Clear crisp sound and i can hear the Dr even when it use to seem like he was whispering

I like them but I thought the bass would be better for an expensive pair of Bose headphones

Quality is no where near the $350 price tag.

Immediately what stood out to me is that microphone quality is absolutely terrible. It crackles while making and receiving calls. Sometimes the people I speak to while having them on cannot hear what I am saying. I've read findings from others online. I don't know if this is because I am an audiophile, but these headphones aren't worth the $350 + tax that you'd have to spend to get a pair. The USB cable provided for charging is miserably small (I think it's like 3 inches long); no charger is provided, head clamp feels cheap, provided 3.5mm audio cable is flimsy and extremely weak/fragile. I fear that if I accidentally yank it - it might snap. Sound is nothing too special and the ANC is okay. I've had much cheaper headphones delivering close if not the same quality of ANC. The sound on these aren't too special either - I spent around 300 hours since I had bought them listening to a variety of music spanning across many various audio file formats including FLAC and honestly, there's nothing special these have to offer. The only 3 positives I can give for this product are that yes they are comfortable, battery life is okay (about 24-25 hours of listening with ANC on), and the case is semi-hard but has no cushioning inside. I'd say save your money and pick up something cheaper and better.

Hello PSRG, thank you for taking the time to write your review on the QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II. We are excited to hear that you enjoy the comfort, battery life, and carrying case. However, we are sorry to hear that the audio quality and noise-canceling technology did not meet your expectations. We recommend ensuring that the firmware of the headphones is up to date, as well as, trying different devices. You may use any standard wall adapter that offers 5 V DC, 1 A with the provided USB cable to charge the lithium-ion battery. Regarding the 3.5 mm audio cable, this is not typical, and encourage you to please reach out to our support team so that we may look further into this. I got these for my wife because I felt her older set of wired Bose headphones desperately needed to be replaced. They still worked well, but the upgrade to Bluetooth connectivity has allowed her to move around more freely when watching a show or listening to music. No issues with these headphones!

I have a set of QC 25 headphones, and the noise canceling is just as effective. However, this model has a feedback mechanism when used during zoom calls, which amplifies the surrounding noise in ways that makes these headphones very distracting to use. I am never sure if my colleagues on the other end can hear the background noise as loudly as it sounded in my headphones. Had to return.

    Dropped Bluetooth

I bought these because I had had a Bose speaker system for my iPod and loved it. I bought these because I wanted to use them while doing chores and working out. The setup was pretty easy, and the noise cancelling is superior! I couldn't even here my vacuum running. But then I moved more than three (3) feet away from my iPad (yes, it works with iPad) and BAM! the signal dropped. Once I was back within the three (3) feet it reconnected. If I opened a door the signal would drop. If I moved to any place where an object such as a wall blocked the signal, it would drop. I was finding I had to move my iPad around with me if I wanted the connection to remain. For the price of these I wouldn't expect the connection to drop. It's more aggravation than it's worth. Don't buy.

These are very well made. The noise canceling on these are the best I’ve ever had. I can work and family noise doesn’t disturb me. They are light weight and extremely comfortable. Never been and over the eat person but these have changed my mind.

The ANC could be better in these, but it works well. Also, not a whole lot of bass even with the EQ turned up.
