Googling showed me this happens to some people with Bose headphones, but it didn't come up in any of the reviews I read before buying. My ears are super itchy, and I wouldn't have purchased this headphones if I knew this was a possibility. During flights/train trips, it sometimes makes a white noise/static sound instead of blocking sounds. This would be a problem with any headphone, but I have to be careful how to position my hair. Otherwise, it doesn't create a "seal" and the the noise cancelling does not work as well. The good: Overall, does a great job cancelling out noise. Quick example: On one flight, the guy next to me was whistling out of nervousness when landing. I could hear him clear as day while most of the plane noise was blocked. Fantastic job of connecting to phones. Physical buttons for turning bluetooth on/off. Can change the level of noise cancelling by pressing a button. Folds up for trips. Charge lasts for a long time.

The noise cancellation is incredible. Very comfortable. Buttons are in "obvious" places. Highly recommend. Premium priced, but definitely a premium product.

The only thing is she already lost the recharger so she had to buy that again because it’s so small it’s easy to lose but I guess that’s common.

This was a big surprise to me. You can add more than 2 devices and use the app to connect to the device. Wish this is usb c charging. I wear reading glasses and I get little discomfort while wearing glasses and this. But it gets better if I expand wide but you loose some level of noise cancellation.

They are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time, hold a charge very well, sound fantastic. Great for travel, or just around the house or doing yard work. You name it!

The noise cancelling does not get rid of all the background talking but does quiet it a decent amount, with music playing you don't hear the noise around. I was happy that it came with the standard headphone jack cable so it can be used on devices that don't have blue tooth.
