Headphones half the time Google Assistant don't know what she's doing or she can't help you do it the other have the music is glitching this will be the third pair I'll take it back so now I'm going to take another pair back because it can't get anything right I'm thinking about just not buying on whatsoever I think I'm going to trade up Sony headphones at least you don't have any kind of problem $367 and change and they want you to to get a extended warranty on them they don't work in the first place but the only thing I can say about the people in Best Buy there's no questions asked the guy that came out from The Geek Squad and he said you need change them out have the app on my phone it doesn't work right so I will be going to Best Buy again and try to get it right because the app doesn't work it doesn't even no I have a pair of headphones on. Thank you Best Buy for at least being straight out the problem no questions asked you took care of business thank you this is why I like Best Buy

I exchanged it with beats studio3 which is $50 more expensive but beautifully built and guess what it’s on sale right now.

Eventually, I ended up keeping it since it can connect to 2 items at the same time. Battery does not last for too long but charges pretty fast.

Better than beats

As they aged I replaced them with more beats. The newer ones didn’t seem to have the sound quality or reliability. These have been fantastic since day 1
