Not super crazy about the Bose sound but if that works for you the rest of the package can’t be beat

The name says it all. Bose has its own unique sound and has always delivered a high quality product to me.

When my wife and I fly together we share a move and you can not use WiFi on one head set and plug in another head set. Two WiFi head sets will not work eather. Need to use a cord on both head sets with a splitter.so that means if I have my noise canceling earbuds with me we are out of luck sharing a movie .

This is the second set of Bose noise canceling headphones my boyfriend has had (first set wasn’t wireless). He loves them and swears by them when traveling for work!

Great headphones. The sound is really good but when compared to a friend’s higher end headphones (around $450) you could tell the difference and these sounded a little muffled comparatively. Also they don’t work while charging. Still good headphones though

Bought this for the noise canceling. It works well!

I tried all the "noise - canceling" earphones. Bose is BY FAR the best. I could hear a hum or buzz in the other earphones. Well worth the premium price.

Bose has long been a leader in the world of sound and has yet another winner on its hands with its newest Quiet Comfort 35 series II wireless headphones. These are the gold standard of headphones, with amazingly clean highs and a nice balance of bass and mid-range frequencies. Add to that a very solid build, well thought out ergonomics on the controls and one of the most comfortable design of any closed-ear headphone and you are hard pressed to find much to complain about. OK. Maybe one little quibble. The annoying tendency of almost every product made these days to require an app for setup and instructions. These headphones are no exception although truthfully, most of the functionality does not require the app. Unfortunately, since it comes with zero instructions, other than how to turn it on, you MUST download the app just to figure out how everything works. There are a few things that are not entirely intuitive, like an "action" button on the left side that can either control the level of noise cancellation -- off, low or high -- or allow voice interaction with Google Assistant. You still have to launch that yourself with your smartphone but it does work. Built in voice prompts on the action button are a nice touch but do not tell the entire story. There's also a multifunction button between the up and down volume toggles that does different things depending on how often you tap it or how long you hold it down. That would be things like pausing songs, skipping them and answering or rejecting phone calls. More importantly, the bluetooth pairing is far from intuitive, requiring a special sequence of steps if you are pairing with more than one device. Geez. Just provide some printed instructions for crying out loud. Overall, however, this is a very nice package. The headphone build seems very good, despite the all plastic design, with nicely padded ear cups and headband. One side is foldable so it can fit in the included hard-side carrying case. It's quite nice, padded and zippable to provide protection while traveling. A very short USB charging cable is included and probably best used with a regular USB phone charger (you have to provide your own), since charging from a USB port on a computer is hit or miss. Unlike nearly everyone else these days, Bose is still using the the standard old micro USB connection on the headphone instead of the new USB C so any old phone charging cables you have laying around would work. Charging time is about 2 and a half hours and Bose said that will keep the headphones running for about 20 hours. Not bad. You can get 40 hours if you use a wired instead of a wireless connection. Bose products are never cheap but if you can afford it, this is a good way to go when it comes to headphones.

Present for my son. He loves it! Now my daughter is also using it, when allowed by her brother. I may end up buying two extra. One for my daughter and one for me.

Everything can only be adjusted when it is linked with bluetooth. When it is used by direct wiring to the tv or other device, it's a pain in the neck to NOT be able use volume control. Can only use volume control on the headset when it is linked with bluetooth on.

Got these for my daughter who likes to watch her own shows while we watch other things in the same room! She absolutely loves this Christmas present.

My complaint is that my teenage son never talks or knows what’s going on around him. Wish the directions would tell him he can not drive with them on

These are fantastic. They can do so much more than typical headphones. You can speak to them and ask for instructions on how to do something with the speakers.

Bought these for my husband! He absolutely loves them! He wanted noise canceling headphones for when he mowes the lawn!

It is such a unique technology for me at least...my first ever noise cancelling chapter in engineering. Crafty indeed!

Third set of these for the family. Loved by all, just got tired of arguing over them. They do get confused if you have 2 diff phones paired to same unit.

I originally bought these headphones as a Christmas gift for someone, but the minute I tested them out I knew I wanted a pair for myself.

They are a little complicated but once you get it down they are wonderful. The charging cord is very short. Quite odd actually. And the headset itself is pretty big so it’s loose on my head. I’m a woman with an average head

These are wonderful. Noise cancelling is great. The sound of your music will be amazing! Bose is a leader for a reason.
