Lacks that boom that I was expecting although the music sounds pretty good but not great. If going over any surface that is bumpy the sounds quality stinks... For the price I expected better.

The noise cancelling feature does not work for calls very well.

We appreciate your review of the QC35 Series II wireless headphones. It's great to hear that your enjoying your music and movies with the headphones as well. We tuned the communication microphones, mainly used for telephone conversations to the human voice frequency range. In a loud environment where there are voices in the background, it’s possible the microphones will pick up those background voices and bring up the gain.

Started getting rashes around my ears on the first day i started wearing. Noise cancellation is pretty good. Sound quality didnt match my expectation. But that was not the reason i returned. Product was great. i started getting rashes around my ears hence i returned the product. i couldn't find any other review mentioning this. Sad to return a good quality bose headphones.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.worked well at first but after about 3 months, they got bad. Good: 1. Sound 2. Noise canceling adjustment Bad: 1. Cut out a lot when phone is in pocket 2. It interrupts (a lot) and says assistant not available try that button again, when no button has been pressed. You can turn off and reconnect when it is gets to doing it every 30-40 seconds, and that keeps it from happening for a good 10 minutes or so. Doesn't do this every time but probably 1/3 of time. 3. White light stays on even when headphones are turned off, drains battery quickly. Tried reset/reboot nothing worked, light still on. With the quirks, the headphones are not worth it, my sons have the beats and do not seem to have issues, I may try them.
