I bought these to drown out the chatter from people I'm in a vanpool with. The Bose app is super easy to use and so far enjoy the headphones. My ears do get sweaty after 3-4 hours of having these on.

But headset might work great, once you get 'set-up'. Only way to set-up is download an apple or android app to phone or other devise (won't work w/kindle or PC). Might not be a hassle for you, but useless to me. 20 minutes with nice on-line tech guy at Bose, said 'take them to your nearest Bose dealer and he'll set it up.' OK, there goes 2 more hours. How about your tech gurus 'allow easy way to remove prompt or end the every 10 seconds repeat of message. PS I have owned 3 other BOSE headsets over the years and really like them, so this is a new process.

However, we see you ran into some trouble with setting these headphones up. The Bose Connect app is required to turn voice prompts off. If you are unable to visit your local Bose Store, you may use a friend or family member's device for initial setup. Once set up, you may use your device's Bluetooth settings to pair.
