    I've got a set of noise cancel ear buds that cut down ambient noise, plane noise etc better. Sound quality excellent. When listening to music or shows it does hide external sound better.

    These are nice looking head phones but are very difficult to program to get the bass should I bought them for. I will be looking to JBL or Sony to see if they are any different

      Hello, Sasha. Thank you for sharing your review of the QC35II wireless headphones. I am sorry to hear about your experience. I recommend checking your source device's audio settings. Sound quality may suffer if bass and treble controls are set to extreme levels. Try adjusting the controls to mid-range levels; this may improve sound quality.     I love the head phones but the packaging could have been better. The cord doesnt work too well and they would have been perfect if they had a skip button on the side instead of google assistant.
