    As you expect, the feel is heavy. I switch among AirPods, Beats in-ear, and the QC 35. I think that the Beats are my favorite, but the sound on these Bose -- can't be beaten.

    Sound is good noise reduction is not real good, they become uncomfortable if you wear them for any length of time. I will try to exchange.

    My boyfriend had to have these for christmas and i wasnt that impressed by them. Pretty comfy but noise cancelling wasnt that great

We're delighted to hear that you love the fit and comfort of our headphones, but sorry to hear that you was experiencing issues with Active Noise Cancellation, or ANC. To enable efficient ANC performance, ensure that the headphones are securely seated against your head, and there are no visible gaps. Additionally, you can adjust the Noise Cancellation levels within the Bose Connect application directly for more fine-tuning of ANC to your own personal preference.

    I love bose but not compatible with apple products when I try to change the sound settings. Only Ipod and beats has the options
