      Thanks for the review of your QC 35 Series II headset. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the noise canceling and sound quality. The QC 35 remembers the last 8 devices and can be connected to two devices at one time. By sliding the power switch to the right (Bluetooth icon), you can cycle through the past paired devices. Once you hear the one you desire, be sure the Bluetooth is enabled and ready on your source device.

      A good troubleshooting step to perform if you are having issues is to remove and repair your devices. It would also help if you cleared the Bluetooth paired list from the headset and your devices.
