Connectivity issues with PC
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Piece of crap. Student pilot here trying to study and watch my online videos but instead have spent the last 3 hours trying to connect these headphones to my pc. These headphones connected flawlessly to my android tablet and phone but IT WILL NOT WORK ON MY PC!!!!! The first time I set it up through bluetooth, it worked great for about 30 minutes then out of nowhere the headphone's voice prompt says disconnected. I check my pc settings and bluetooth and it says connected but no sound is coming out of the headphones. I go to the bose website and followed the instructions on what to do. Such as resetting my device TWICE (which didn't work!!), "wiping" the bluetooth memory, connecting the headphones to my pc, updating my headphones, but nothing is working. For $300 I'd expect these to be easy to work with and have flawless connection abilities. This is ridiculous, I'd expect this kind of problem with cheaply made knock offs. Honestly, my galaxy buds are so much easier to use and the sound quality is better in my opinion but they're uncomfortable to use for hours at a time.

Not Nearly as good as the older models
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this product to replace my Dr. Dre Studio Headphone that I received 3 years ago. They do not come even close to the sound quality of the old Dr. Dre. Plus they cost way more than the original Dr. Dre.

Amazing sound quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These Bose headphones have such an amazing sound quality. No distortion, crisp and clear. I can focus on nothing but the music thanks to the noise cancellation. It's so nice being able to check my text messages, answer back, and take phone calls without having to grab my phone. While taking a phone call it was super clear. I'm able to change songs without having to grab my phone as well. These are by far the most comfortable headphones I've ever tried, and they stay put! Every time I use these I end up loving them more

My goto headphones...period
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Google Assistant is in the Bose QC35 II. The Bose headphones comes with built-in optimisations for Google Assistant. In addition the headphones feature a noise cancellation which can be adjusted up to three levels to reduce noise and is excellent at doing this. To enable Google Assistant, Bose has provided a dedicated button on the right side of the headphone. The assistant can be used to make calls, receive texts, as well as set reminders. The headphones are very adept at picking up your commands. The use of Google Assistant on the headphones is for tasks like notifications or receiving messages. To use Google Assistant you still need internet connectivity for most tasks and the QC35 II does not have cellular connectivity. With the optimization, Google Assistant can read out your messages and calendar entries to you as they arrive which is great. The headphone can run up to 20 hours on a single charge when used wirelessly. A quick charge of 15 minutes can give you up to 2.5 hours of charge. The active noise-cancellation and Active EQ features require power to function and you can use the headphones indefinitely in wired mode but ANC and AEQ features will go out after 40 hours of use. The headphones have some heft to them weighing in at 11 ounces but the padding and overall fit make them seem weightless and I can get a good 30 feet from my device before I notice a drop connection. External sound is gone using the ANC which is a pleasure and sound reproduction is off the chart. This is the headphone I now use always.

Great headphones but decay in noise cancelling
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones were great when I bought them. However, one ear piece would stop working after a while and stop cancelling noise so I had to go replace them every now and then.

Great sounds - lightweight headphones
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have many BOSE products and love them all. The latest to my collection is the Quietcomfort 35 II! I got these for several reasons. I wanted to be able to make work phone calls with them at a busy & loud office, listen to music and play my electric drums. They work perfectly for 2 and are very versatile. They dont work as good as I was hoping to make phone calls. I love that they cancel out any other noises and Im able to escape to focus on work or music. The headphones are very comfortable and I have been able to wear them for hours without any compilations. They are lightweight even though they come across like they might be heavy. The sound is amazing and very high quality. I am able to hear background instruments in the music that Ive never heard before. If you are looking to purchase a new pair of headphones, I highly recommend the BOSE Quietcomfort 35 II!

Stopped working after a FirmWare Update
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased on June 2018. Stopped working, December 2019, after a Firmware update (rolled out on June 2019). Bose won't support a firmware roll back - there are over 2,000 complaints posted on Bose's customer portal/ forum. Contacted Bose directly- they offered a refurbished replacement for reduced price. Be aware of Bose's ignorance.

Will never buy Bose again
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dead after barely 3 months outside of the warranty. Wish I would have bought the protection plan. This is the 2nd time I have had a bose product fail, the first was a mini soundlink that failed with volume issues during the warranty period. Bose forced me to pay return shipping and repair fees during the warranty. Im never buying bose ever again, garbage

Did not pair with my desk top computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm sure this is a good product. It just didn't meet my needs of connecting to my desk top computer, which is why I wanted a wireless headset for. Sadly, I had to return them.

Wouldn't work with Siri.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound is amazing. However, I bought it to use as a smart headphone and found it simply doesn't work with Siri. Also, it wouldn't work (wired) with my digital piano. I took it back.

It's ok. Overpriced.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bose significantly overpriced these headphones. Sony MDR 7506 has much better sound and they cost only $90. Bluetooth seems to be lacking on bose headphones.

Good for now
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I got a pair of the new Sony xm3's and was super excited to use them. The sound was pretty good, great bass, loved the touch control actions and noise cancelling, but unfortunately the headband was causing me crown pain within five minutes. My next two options were down grade to these QC35's or wait for the new 700's. Honestly I think the 700's are very ugly and I want something more geared towards music than communications, so I got the QC35's. Now these aren't all bad, I actually prefer the sound over the Sony's, but the bass is a bit lacking and holy crap why doesn't it have an EQ app. Also a bit of popping as each new song plays. I figure they will do alright for the next two years though until Sony and Bose have released more competitive products. Pros: - The best alternative if the Sony headband hurts or if you think the new 700s are ugly/too expensive - Great mid and high notes/overall sound - Good aesthetics - Very comfortable ear pads and headband - Lightweight - Good noise cancelling Cons: - Lacking bass - Too expensive for the older tech - No usb-c - Strange popping/cracking at the start of each song - Poor volume ( have to listen to it at 80% whereas most headphones are good at 50%) - No touch controls - Inconvenient to have to pause your music with the right hand and then use the left to go through the noise levels so you can hear the person talking to you, takes too long - No control to bring in and amplify outside noise

Posted .Hey Ralph, I am so glad you loved your headphones. The cushions are made from a protein leather, which can naturally deteriorate over time with use. This can be accelerated by environmental factors such as heat and humidity, but the great news is that we do stock replacement cushions. Check them out on our website here https://bose.life/2uZjAWn to continue loving your headphones.

Good for music but not for just noise canceling
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these for my son. I only gave them an average rating because only they are not noise canceling. If you blast music, they are noise canceling.
