On a recent trip to Poland, passenger and aircraft noise wasn't sufficiently muted. My previous wired set performed much better. On this go around Bose didn't get it right.

    Great Headphones

I received my Bose QuietComfort 35s several weeks ago and I am still very much impressed. They are extremely comfortable, much unlike my previous Beats 3. I like the voice activated commands but hate that I need to have the app taking up space on my phone for it to work. They are very sleek looking, I feel quite cool when I wear them. The noise canceling is extremely impressive, all you hear is music. I love to wear them while washing dishes or doing laundry, it really shows their noise canceling power. One concern I do have is the fit seems a little loose, they fall off my head when I wear while laying down. I wish they were just a touch more snug. Still very happy with them!

    Loses Signal For No Reason

I got the Bose QuietComfort35 headphones in December. I have an earlier model I have had for two years that have been great. This new set is difficult to pair and connect to start with, and then it suddenly loses the signal and cuts off with me just sitting in a chair in front of the TV. The noise cancelling feature is also very poor. After losing the signal, I have to UNPLUG my TV for 10 seconds in order to get the headset to reconnect. I am glad I still have my old headset that never gave me problems. This new set was a total waste of money.

Disappointed with the Noise Cancellation. With WFH, I have to be on calls all day. Since is started using these, participants on my call constantly complain about noise in my background picked by my microphone. Specifically when my little one is playing 10 feet away from me. Plus the awkward way to mute/unmute the micrphone makes is very difficult to use for office calls. I have even had scenario where Microphone was picking the voice coming out of headphone and replaying it back in the call.

Headphones worked great for about 40-50 days but are currently nothing more than $350 ear muffs. They no longer take a charge. I understand and appreciate that every business is doing the best they can with minimal staff, (which explains why wait times for chat and phone are insane), but I can't even find an avenue to engage via email which would allow them to reach out to me at their convenience. I do NOT want to return the headphones. I want to talk to somebody about exchanging or fixing them. Thanks.

I love these headphones! I must say the second variant of the Bose Q35's are almost the best headphones I have ever used. First off, the addition of the Google Assistant button was in my eyes the best idea they could have came up with. It was a tad buggy until I did the firmware update. I love the way it reads notifications and reads back to me texts. The pairing of the headphones were seamless on my Android, only took seconds and had them working. Sound is the only lacking issue for me, they are typical Bose sound but with a lot less bass than normal. I would have liked to see the amount of bass like the first series. Battery life is top notch, 2 full 9 hour work days and didn't miss a beat. Charging is quick, only takes a few hours to fully charge. Thanks Bose for creating a very nice set of headphones, I enjoy all my Bose products.

I do not have to list e whole phd here talking about these headphones. If you want proven, great, bt pair of headphones that you can use with your phone, to listen to your music, watch movies, save your ear drums from airplane flights... GET THEM!!! Important to remember: Get black version!!! Silver version is great, but they tend to get dirty quite quick where your head/hair touches the suede top piece ... how cleaning works, I do not know, but I did read another refiew, and just replaced my silver ones for black ones in the local Bbuy... get them, what are you waiting for!?

    Great Sound/Ignore What Surrounds

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Bose is known for high quality sound within it's products and the QC35 II do not disappoint. The wireless pair has a button which allows for manual control of noise cancellation or accessing Google Assistant. This allows for flexibility for Android and Apple users. The wireless headphones are comfortable and can be worn for long periods of time without discomfort. Also, the wireless headphones come with a cord which allow the headphones to be used while connected. This allows headphones to be used if there is battery power available or if the user wants to just use noise cancellation while wired to a device. The best sound is in wireless mode with maximum noise cancellation, but the noise cancellation can be lessened or turned off if you want to hear more of the ambient sound. With these headphones, you will hear parts of songs you may miss while listening to other audio systems or headsets. The sound is good while wired with noise cancellation on as well. The battery life is rated at 20 hours and holds strong. You will rarely charge them and there is a voice indicator to let you know how much charge you have. No surprises here. These are great investment and will allow for audio enjoyment whether traveling or at home.

This item became a piece of trash after Bose launched an update. I turn the unit off and stay off for a while. Then it turns on by itself even if the switch is clearly in the off position. It keeps turning on automatically until it dry out the battery charge. This problem was caused by Bose and they are unwilling to fix it. I am done with Bose which used to be one of favorite pricey brands.

    Great headphones

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Probably the best headphones I've had. If your wondering best headphones and I give 4 stars, I'll explain. When your dropping this much dough on something you thoroughly expect to be impressed, if it was a quarter the price and I didn't expect much and they blew my mind I would give 5 but they do have a few problems. Part of my job requires me to wear headphones for long periods of time and that was my biggest concern when looking for a new pair. While they succeed at that for the most part, there have been a few times when they started to get uncomfortable. Not too bad, give 30 min or adjust and it's usually good not like some I've had after an hour my ears hurt to the touch. They pressure is a tad loose, not much but if your moving your head fast downward, they'll probably fall off. The sound quality is excellent, except for the bass which is average but I'm good with that. The padded headband is nice and the cushions are soft and feel nice. The noise cancellation is good too, it won't help with a screaming baby or loud sudden noises but loud ambient noise gets toned out really good. There are some things that were a bit off. There slightly too long but not much and that will vary from person. If you put them on a slight slant then it's fine. With noise cancellation on, they tend to make my ear warm, only with NC on though. My biggest issue is that you need the app to do most things, I can't use the microphone when I'm on wired and not connected to the app. The wire is tiny too, the charger cable is also tiny, but you will probably want to buy a 3.5mm extension cable if you use the wired. The battery life is quite good too, I think it's better if your wired and I haven't tried to see how long it goes for with Bluetooth on but I put mine on the charger for 15 20 minutes every other day and never had it die yet. Overall, I would def recommend and if your like me you get anxious buying expensive things so I hope I helped someone make up their mind.

    Very Impressed!

I purchased the Bose QuietComfort 35 Wireless Headphones three months ago, and I am already very impressed with them. These headphones are for someone who frequently wishes to block out surrounding noise, such as when traveling on an airplane or trying to get a desk job done in peace. They are incredible at eliminating any noise and can make you forget that there are others around you when you. There are many wireless noise-canceling headphones on the market. Even with stiff competition, the Bose headphones compete well. These criteria categories include sound quality/noise-cancelation, comfort, and durability. Sound Quality/Noise-Cancelation To start, the audio is some of the best you will hear with deep bass and rich sound quality. I have owned other pairs of noise-canceling headphones from other brands, but Bose has outdone themselves as they allow you to experience what true noise cancelation feels like. The headphones make you almost feel like you are not able to hear because there is absolutely no hissing noise, which I have experienced with other headphones. They cancel noise so effectively that taking them off after wearing them a while makes you ultrasensitive to noise; you are suddenly able to hear even the small noises around you. Comfort For comfort, these headphones are spot on as you can wear them for hours and never feel the need to take them off. This comfort comes from the thick padding that goes completely around the ears and does not press on the head too tightly. The length of the headphones can also be adjusted to fit your specific head dimensions perfectly. Durability I have not owned my QuietComfort headphones for very long, but I have already been using them frequently for completing schoolwork in silence. As far as I can tell, they will withstand normal usage as they are made with high-quality materials and should last you quite some time. I do not recommend trying to bend them in half, but I am guessing that is the most likely way you would have any luck breaking them. Although these headphones do come with a high price tag of $350, you will feel satisfied with your investment. If you are still not sure about spending so much, the headphones are sold at many electronic retailers like Best Buy so you can try them yourself before you buy. After testing them in-person, you will have a difficult time not taking them home with you since they are such an incredible product. If this review has been helpful to you, please click on the button to let me know. If you have questions about my experiences, leave a comment and I will try to answer you quickly.
