Nice upgrade from older Bose Noise Cancelling unit
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded from a much older Bose wired Noise cancelling headphone unit to this. Its built-in headset capability is one reason why I purchased this unit. It worked great with my Android phone yet failed to work with my Laptop running Windows 7 Pro. I could hear faint static each time I said something into mic. To get that to work, I had to go update the Bluetooth driver from Intel's Web site and then my headset worked flawlessly on my Laptop with Zoom. The URL is: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/26946/a08/BT_19.70.0_64_Win7.exe Sound quality is nice as expected for such a unit. Noise cancelling seems to be a tad bit improved over my wired unit.

The Best ANC Headphones
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.PROS: - Excellent sound - ANC works very well - Long battery life - Bose provides a nice protective travel case - "Action" button lets you toggle ANC levels or access Google Assistant (even if you have an iPhone) CONS: - The plastic build makes the headset light, but I'm worried about their durability - I wish Bose went with USB-C rather than micro USB for charging These are my first pair of Bose headphones (I've wanted a pair for a long time), and I can honestly say that they really do live up to the hype of the Bose name. Sound quality is fantastic! The adaptive noise cancelling also works very well. I love using these in a coffee shop or at the library. There is almost no sound leakage, but with ANC there's very little reason to crank up the volume, so the people sitting next to you won't have to listen to your music as well. Bose claims you can get up to 20 hours of listening with ANC turned on, and I believe them. With low-medium volume and ANC turned on (most of the time), I get roughly 18-19 hours from a full charge. They also charge pretty quickly as well. Speaking of charging, Bose went with micro USB (they include a cable), but I wish they went with USB-C instead. There's a special button on the left cup that you can use to either toggle the ANC or activate Google Assistant (you can choose what the button does from the Bose app you download). Using the Google Assistant is really great and works flawlessly, but you need to have Google Assistant open or running in the background of your phone for it to work (and it works just fine with an iPhone). I played with using the assistant for a little while, but I usually just leave the button set to toggle the ANC. My only complaint is that these are super light and the plastic makes me nervous about the durability. Bose's websiteclaims that the material is "impact-resistant", but I don't want to put them to the test by dropping them. Overall, I absolutely love these and recommend them to anyone looking for premium noise-cancelling headphones.

Incredibly comfortable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are the best over the ear headphones I've ever owned. Love how clear everything is with noise cancellation on. I'm a firm believer in Bose radio equipment. I have tried the other brands and always come back to Bose.

Bose QC 35 ii
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these a while back, got them at a really great price. Quality sounds amazing, noise canceling is really good. I have no issues as far as function, however the ear foams/headphone covers started to peel off, leading to little bits of pieces of it getting over ears. Easy and cheap fix, just need to buy replacement covers.

Can't always have your cake!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First things first. This was my first purchase of a noise cancelling headphone so wasn't sure what to expect. Being no audiophile, but into dynamic sound in all types of music and convenience of wireless, I was compelled to thoroughly approach my search with an open mind. NC cans appealed to me because elimination of surrounding noise enhances music listening. Along with this I watched and read hundreds of reviews on many different headphones, primarily focusing on Sony WH1000, Bose QC35II, and PXC550. -So now, I know the answer to finding and selecting the correct product for any one person- and that answer really hinges on the following question: What are your headphone priorities? Once you learn the answer and "prioritize them" only then can you select the correct headphones. Do you know your priorities before you start sampling cans? In my case the answer was a resounding no! That's how I ended up with the PXC-550's! But that is just the beginning of the story, because this quality product helped me eventually to prioritize what I needed most out of a headphone. My small head- (size 7-1/8) PCX-550 fit well. My big ear-(Picture Mr. Spock, or a boxer) PCX-550/Small ear cups I wanted these cans! Great quality, decent sound, hi-tech, highly adjustable! In the end, I learned for me all this is null and void if you don't have a proper comfortable fit. So, my case, #1 priority is comfort! If they don't fit, you are constantly fiddling with them and then you're moving the cups around and the hi-tech of swiping for volume control, etc...works against you. Sound? Yes WH1000 sounded great, but again those are heavier and bulkier so we are back to comfort. I wouldn't, couldn't wear those in a gym (small head needed a cap just so they fit right! Speaking of Hi Tech, another priority..turned out to be fairly low on my list after all. Are you buying the phones for relaxation or to fiddle with the tech features, always trying to derive something better in the music, silence or whatever. Okay, so the bottom line with these cans is " You can't always have your cake and eat it too, so you better prioritize for requirement. In the end, I went for Comfort, Sound, Noise Canceling, Ease of use, then hi-tech. Returned the PCX-550, decided against the WH1000, picked up the Bose QC35 II.

Another great Bose Product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just as I would expect from Bose......another great sounding product. The noise cancelling feature works really well at both the low & high settings. I haven't used the Google Assistant feature that much so far. Seems like a cool new feature.Worked extremely well when connected to my iPhone For making phone calls. Music is crisp & clear at all volume levels. The Bluetooth needs some work. I found that it will only connect to one device at a time. Once paired to a device it must be removed in order to be used on another device. Hopefully Bose will fix this bug in the near future.

Posted .Hey!
I'm sorry to hear that you experienced issues connecting to your Sony TV which lead to you returning it.
In most cases, as long as your TV has Bluetooth and is able to send the signal to headphones, the QC35 II headphones should work with your TV.
Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that you have decided to return your QC35 II's.
I'm sorry to hear that you were experiencing some issues connecting to your MacBook Air. This is certainly not normal behaviour and these headphones do work with MacBook Air devices. If you had updated the firmware using the on-screen instructions here: https://bose.life/2WwEcRy, this would have resolved your issues.
