    Almost perfect

Amazing headphones, I upgraded from 1st generation of QC15's, the sound quality is amazing, and the noise cancelling has improved by mind-blowing proportions. The ONLY thing that kept me from giving this a 5-star review is the fact that there is no option for just a plain ol' AA battery, the battery is internal and sealed, so they must be recharged by USB, the cable they give you is comically small too. I hate this because I fly A LOT, and it's one more thing I have to connect to a power-bank if I'm in the air. I wish I could just throw a simple AA battery in them that you can buy at any airport newsstand and go. So close to perfect Bose .... SO close.

If you like music and you dont like hearing people talk these things bang. Sure they are pricey but if you use them a lot every penny is worth it. I cant even hear my own thoughts anymore and I really appreciate Boise for that. I love these things. Easy to use, look sweet, google can now talk to me whenever I need, oh and did I mention they bang!

    Microphone Noise?!?!?!?!

After all of the great reviews, I bit the bullet and purchased these headphones for travel. Of course, the sound quality is great. Noise cancelling is awesome. Pairing was easy. Battery life is impressive. So, it's good for music. But, I purchased this headset to do more than just play music and dampen the noise around me. I need a full-service device that will also perform well on phone calls. This is NOT that device. I have had the headset for 24 hours now, and have used it on several calls in several locations... mostly talking to my wife. The microphone(s) on this thing pick up EVERYTHING. and I mean EVERYTHING. At many points, my wife would interrupt me to tell me she couldn't even hear me over my own footsteps or the rolling noise from my travel bag. When I would switch the mic over to the iPhone or to my AirPods, my wife and daughter would literally let out sighs of relief. It was that grating and irritating on the other side of the call. And to make matters worse, with the noise cancelling feature, you can't even hear how obnoxious your surroundings are. Only the unlucky person on the other side of the line gets that special experience. This seems to me to be a critical component that Bose has completely overlooked. Did I just get a defective pair? Either way, I'm back to using my AirPods with their crappy battery life. And the search continues...

Hi Integrator, thank you for taking the time to review our product. I'm sorry to hear that you have had such issues with the microphone on the headset, this is certainly not normal. I would recommend reaching out to your local Technical Support Team or your point of purchase for assistance. Once again, thank you for your time. Have a great day! I love these headphones! They have great sound quality and easily pair with my iphone. They were uncomfortable at first because I wear eyeglasses, but the discomfort went away. Now, I only like to listen to music through these headphones. The noise reduction is nice as well.

I have a few brands of headphones and I find Bose is the one that truly satisfy my love of music privately. It’s so smooth and does not hurt my ears. Excellent music gadget as far as I am concerned.

No on using TV headphones needing BT transmitter

    Posted .

I purchased to use these for three reasons. Listen to Samsung TV late at night, connect to HP laptop and to Samsung Note 8. The Tv is an older model, and had to purchase a Bluetooth transmitter Aluratek - Universal Bluetooth Audio Receiver and Transmitter - Black Model:ABC53 to set up. Had difficulty pairing the device the first day. Tried it the second day and it finally paired. Bose needs more work in this area of technology I feel. When I listen through the TV, I get a lag and the Bluetooth connection drops in and out when I walk into the next room, which is less than 30 feet. No other Bluetooth device is connected in the home at this time. I made sure of it to see if there was conflict with other devices and unplugged them. Had no issues connecting to Samsung Note 8 and HP laptop. Friends tell me the voice quality on my phone is okay, but subpar on noise cancelling on the background noise. The feel of the headphones is great and comfortable with my small head and ears. I also purchased Sony WH-1000XM3 Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones to compare as I was so undecided. If you are going to use the headphones mostly for TV use, I would recommend the Sony headphones over this Bose model. I will still keep my Bose headphones to use with my Laptop and phone, just won’t use it for the TV watching. Sound quality of the music is great.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review of the QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II. We're delighted to hear that you are enjoying the style and comfort of them. We would like to explain a bit about the technology of the headphones. They require Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP), Audio/Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP), and BTLE (Bluetooth Low Energy). If the transmitter does not feature these requirements, the audio-video synchronization may be delayed. In regards to using them during phone calls; we tuned the communication microphones, mainly used for telephone conversations to the human voice frequency range. They will automatically adjust the gain (microphone volume) for “low talkers.” In a loud environment where there are voices in the background, it’s possible the microphones will pick up those background voices and bring up the gain. This can send the background voices through to the far end person on a call. We certainly appreciate your feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve our customers listening experiences. Warm regards. Ashley - Bose Support bose

I bought this Bose headphone to replace my old Bose QC25. In terms of the sound quality, Bose QC35 is slightly better. The noise cancellation function is always excellent - the best on the commercial market I believe.

I absolutely love my Bose QC35 II headphones. Theyre extremely comfortable on my head, unlike the Beats which feel like a vise grip on my head/ears.

    Great Headphone

The headphone is great. I bought it mostly for listening classical music at the train. It works great for this purpose, and the quality of the sound is excellent, but don't expect a 100% noise canceling. I still can hear the engine of the train, although I became addicted to use this headphone every time I have to get to the station. I might be a little bit fussy about noises.

    Great but Mic

I've had these since Jan 2018. Comfort and sound quality are great. The sound comes through crisp and clear. There is no distortion when heavy base is played at high level. With that said the Mic is iffy sometimes I can hear the caller fine and they can hear me , other times caller sounds faint and they say I sound faint as well.

I loved them, does the work. The extra feature of being able to change the settings on the noise cancellation is really nice. The lack of 1 star was because the thing doesn't turn off by it self, you have to make sure to turn the headphones off if not they will drained the next day you want to use them.
