Hello, I'm sorry to hear you've had an issue with poor sound quality on your headphones. This should not be happening.

Have you tried updating the firmware of the headphones to see if this helps? Search the web for "Bose Updater" for more details. We also have a convenient app that lets you make changes to your headphones called Bose Connect.

Decent sound quality but every day i have to reconnect , connect, stupid bluetooth garbage never works right. Don't buy this if you need something reliable. I thought if it expensive then it must be good.

They skip like a bad record. The bluetooth is unable to stay connected to an android phone. Google "Bose Skipping", then buy something that will not make you made that you spent so much money on wired head phones.

      Hello,

I'm sorry to hear you have had issues with skipping. This certainly isn't normal behavior.

I would recommend ensuring you are within 33ft of the headphones as the skipping may potentially be attributed to poor range. If this continues, however, I would encourage you to unpair the headphones and establish a new connection. Info for this can be found here: https://bose.life/2MFNi7V.

If you continue to have problems, do not hesitate to get in touch with support here: https://bose.life/2Xll2Lo. We will be more than happy to assist you.
