My only complaint is that the sound was a bit flat. I ended up returning them and getting the Sony WH1000MX3 which has slightly better noise cancellation and way better sound!

Well I was amazed and now I’m thinking about getting my wife a pair too. Sound is great of course. The noise canceling is where it really shines. You can hear voices a little bit when no sound is playing but most ambient noises are eliminated maiming the trip so much more pleasant. I was surprised at how much of a difference the lack of noise makes on a trip. Will never travel without them again.
