Was debating not to spend so much money on headphones to use during air travel ... but decided to treat myself and see if there was a difference in comfort and sound ... heck yes! I did not know watching movies could be so enjoyable on a plane with my aging ears. The carrying case it comes with is also a game changer, as well as, the charge lasting for days. I am now also using these at home. Totally glad I took the plunge.

The Bose QC35 II Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones are the best headphones I have ever purchased. The battery life is phenomenal, the noise cancellation is excellent, and they are extremely comfortable. The mobile app used to update and adjust the settings of the headphones over Bluetooth works well, but its UI is a bit clunky. Other than that, they are the best Bose product I have ever purchased and I have had multiple different pairs of their headphones over the years.

I love these headphones. The sound quality is great, and they live up to their name - they are super comfortable. I wore these while working around the house, and when I sat down for a minute and turned off the music, I forgot they were on my head. Compared to Beats3 Over-Ear headphones, they're MUCH lighter. As an added bonus. they don't pull my hair out every time I take them off. I can't wait to use them while traveling; I know my ears will be much happier with these.

Upon the recommendation of someone who spends a lot of time traveling on airplanes I decided to buy four pair of the Bose noise-cancelling headphones, one for each member of my family. Every one of us is completely satisfied. They are lightweight and comfortable, the sound quality is excellent, the noise-cancelling feature works well, and the battery life is long. It’s amazing how peaceful your environment (any environment) can become when you’re able to separate yourself from the din of background noise. I highly recommend this product.

Originally bought the Sony headphones, at he same price - took them back within 24 hours. The sound quality did not compare, and the features did not work with with the Android App - at that time. The Bose sound quality is outstanding, especially with the Galaxy S10+ Dolby feature - very enjoyable. They are extremely comfortable, and the battery life is amazing. The noise cancellation is adequate, although not best in class - not a deal breaker. Have used almost every day for 6 months - very satisfied & highly recommend!!!!

    Major Upgrade

Ok So wife stole mine i had them for literally like an hour.. but here is my original review on them. Purchased these because we wanted the freedom of chord free. We originally came from the QC15 Noise cancelling headphones which were great. However, when we purchased these it was soon realized that these were without a doubt a major upgrade from those. The app allows you to share music between multiple Bose wireless headphones (If you use the app). You can also pair these devices to two BlueTooth sources (such as an iPad or iPhone). People asked alot if they could use Alexa, Google or Siri. Yes you can use them. Alexa and Google are assignable to the action button (as well as being able to use it to toggle Noise Cancelling level) and if siri is native on your device just use the middle button on the volume up and down like how you normally would to access siri. I imagine if you are an Android user this may work the same way will google assistant The 3 levels of noise cancelling (Off, Low and High) are nice. Low level is what the QC15 reminded me of. High, on the other hand, it almost cuts out everything which to me is fantastic. Battery life was better than 20 hours for me. i took a few flights that day each averaging about 2.25 hours. Watched a movie the first flight turned them off, Second Flight turned them back on (Still at 100%) and watched another movie, Third flight same thing (Still at 100%).. I thought maybe they were broken, but nope they eventually dropped to 95% after i was using them to make a phone call. At the drain rate i was getting i imaging these will last much closer to 30 hours. Over all very pleased. I think the drain rate is if you are using it constantly. My experience was above expectations here. Overall, they work great. The bass isn't booming, but it does have very good even range of sound. If you are looking for Bass that is extreme i would suggest maybe Bluemic headphones, They are more for studio use but offer amazing sound. If you are looking for Extremely Well done noise cancelling and want impressive and well rounded sound, select these, you won't be disappointed. Anyway bought me a new set.

I love the sound and the choice of noise canceling levels. They are super comfortable. I did buy a pair of beats before these. I did notice these are not as loud as the beats. The Bose are more of a bass sound where the beats are more treble. I happen to love bass so these are perfect for me. Very lightweight too.

These are the first noise canceling headphones I have owned, so I have no long-term experience with which to compare. However, I have sampled these and other headphones in stores. They are light, well balanced, and the sound quality is splendid. The battery holds a charge for hours, and the noise canceling is very effective. They are not cheap, but we all know that quality demands a premium. These are quality built headphones with which I believe you will be pleased.

These headphones are great. Holds strong signal with my iPhone, call quality is great, sound is great for them being wireless. Noise cancellation is also excellent and battery life was good as advertised. My ears did get warm if I was listening in a warmer environment or doing lots of body movement. I wouldn’t recommend these for just going to the gym. I was happy that they fit at all given my big ears. These are great and comfortable enough to wear for hours at a time. Highly recommend if you work in a noisier environment.

Great noise-cancelling headphone that offers versatility in listening to music, blocking noise, using Alexa and answering calls. Very comfortable on the ears for extended listening without the feeling of discomfort. The sound quality is amazing... deep rich bass and clear tones in mids and highs. Worth every $ if you prefer listening to great.. yet noise controlled sounds. Definitely good for use in those long flights. Not to forget ... battery life is 30 hrs of normal use.

I was really expecting more when it comes to the world class noise canceling. I purchased these because they were supposed to be the best, and I wanted to see if they were worth going to Bose and customizing my own it’s $100 more. Their not. Noise canceling is pretty good way better than over rated neck candy like Beats, however at the same time I purchased Sony 1000x with them being on sale from $399 to $289. Both sets are comfortable for long trips Bose a little better but not for the price difference. The noise canceling on the Sony is better, sound quality is better the fact Bose has google assistance is ok, I use that as my noise canceling button. Sony 1000x is more convenient by cupping the right hear it lowers the music and allows you to communicate with out looking for the pause button, speaking of buttons Bose has Volume up and Down, Sony you glide your finger up and down, you can switch to ambient sound easily so you can hear any hazards around you if you’re walking down the street like traffic, Bose you can turn noise canceling down too through the application, and one of the buttons hidden by all of the other buttons. I travel 85% for work so I’m in an airport or air plane a lot to say the least. So while you can still get Sony 1000X for $228 jump on it!

It's not so much that you must have absolutely perfect sound with full dynamic range (but yes, these are very good for what they do); it's more a matter of when you're editing video and music that you need to have the outside noises dulled enough as to allow you to focus upon what you're doing. If it's already quiet, these will allow you to hear more clearly with significantly less volume. That saves your ears. They are professional looking in black, and light on your head. They don't cause headaches from pinching your head. I admit that I do wish these had an option for a single AAA battery, so that when you don't have time to recharge, you could just drop in a fresh lithium cell (like the old QC15s). I tend to use them with the wire, so that there is no latency while listening. But if you're on a phone call, wireless sound in good, and people tell me routinely that they can hear me clearly. I don't use the GOOGLE stuf. The downside is that they wear quickly. It's helpful to get the extended warranty, because they do wear out within two years.

Better comfort & sound quality compared to Beats. The headphones are build to last. The noise cancellation was the best I experience when testing all other headphones on the market. The headphones fit comfortably around the ear, as opposed to on top of the ear (like the Beats), which in my opinion make them more comfortable. I wear these for studying and when at work and I can wear them all day if needed. The bonus cable to connect the headphones to non-bluetooth devices or while on a plane is a great feature too.

I had the QC 35 First Edition and my mom ended up inheriting it. She loved it. Perfect excuse to buy a newer one. My original QC 35 was still going strong. Battery worked fine. Awesome audio. The QC35 II has excellent quality and fits exactly as the original one. Great buy. Did not buy the 700 series because of certain issues with connectivity and the fact that I had to have the Bose Music App downloaded in order to pair it and use it. QC 35 II is a five star product.

This is my first Bose product and I’m blown away! The noise cancellation works amazing. Very crisp clear sound without the distraction. The around the ear fit is perfect. I’ve worn these on three separate flights and only needed to adjust them a few times. Very soft ear seals and it takes continuous use (over 2.5hrs) before they started to get warm. I wouldn’t recommend them for intense workouts as they would start to slide and get uncomfortable. They work great for travel or a leisurely walk

Received this as a gift, and love it dearly. The noise cancelling takes a little getting used to, but when paired with something like music or streaming video you lose track of the world around you. These fit over the ear, and are extremely comfortable for long-term wear. The battery lasts for the full day, and the bluetooth pairing maintains extremely well. If I lose my connection, it always seems to be my computer, and not the headphones. Yes, this device is expensive, but you get what you pay for.

If you want the most bang for your casual luxury headphone buck - these are the perfect pair! I love that I can turn noise cancelling on/off as well as low/high. The companion app makes use easier and more personal. Sound quality is crisp and indulgent, so immersive that you'll question how you were able to listen to music before. The ears are comfy and do not irritate my piercings. They fit over my ear perfectly. 5/5 would recommend.
