The noise canceling is amazing, i love the actual buttons on the headphones itself real easy to use with the voice assistant. I had the Sony's, Beats, JBL . These by far are the top well worth the price you pay for what u get ,,Its BOSE ENOUGH SAID.

Awesome Headphone

I noticed a baby crying most of the flight and some of people were getting annoyed but with the headphone on, the situation didn't bother me a bit. Now I've been using it day to day from watching TV or just listening to music which makes it a hold different experience. Great device, I would definitely recommend it.

Having a hearing problem didn't help, with background noises. Especially on long plane trips the constant roaring of the plane and hundreds of other noises. Was one of the best purchases I made and enjoy daily.

Noise Cancelling Earphones

Background noises are NOT my friend! I haven't been able to talk on the phone all of these years but with these earphones I am!!! No noise gets thru and all I hear is the other party talking. They have to talk directly into the receiver and have no noise going on their end but I can hear! I love them!

The sound quality for music is very good and these headphones are the most comfortable that I have tried. However the audio quality on phone calls was not good. There seemed to be a delay on the other end of my phone calls and there was distortion on both ends. I bought these with the intention of using them on conference calls for work but found myself having to switch to my handset more often than not. I returned them and will try to find something else.

However, we see that you had some trouble when using the headphones during phone calls. We would like to explain a bit of the technology behind the microphone integrated into them. We tuned the communication microphones, mainly used for telephone conversations to the human voice frequency range. They automatically adjust the gain (microphone volume) for “low talkers.” In a loud environment where there are voices in the background, it’s possible the microphones will pick up those background voices and bring up the gain. This can send the background voices through to the far end person on a call. You may have heard this too, which is known as sidetone.
