It has different levels of noise cancelling so you can walk around with them without being deaf too the outside world. Also, better range when you use with an iphone

I bought these as a gift for my son and he absolutely loves them. He said they're the best headphones he's had. Uses them while working out so he can get his calls and messages with the Bluetooth feature.
