I love my earphones. I wish the bass response was better deeper ie. “Beats”. It could also be a little louder without disturbing others near you.

Bought these for my wife who enjoys falling asleep wearing headphones. Very comfortable for that, but beyond that, she has to stay within 15 feet of the tv connection or they cut out. Because of that we returned them and got a pair of Sony for half the price with a much better range. Not as comfortable but she can even go do laundry in the basement with no range loss.

Medium noise cancelling and sound is ok. The QC 25 have better noise cancelling and the Sony 1000x have better sound. This headphone fall right in between.

I previously owned the Bose 25 wired noise cancelling headphones and loved them. After 4 years, the ear cushions fell apart. Not to bad I figured since I use them every day. Got the replacement ear cushions but then the sounds started cutting out in the left ear. So I figured I would upgrade to the 35 wireless model. Sounds great when they work properly. The problem is the bluetooth connection cuts in and out at random times. It would do 10 times in 5 minutes, then be fine for hours. Do it once or twice every 5 minutes for an hour, then be fine. Update the firmware and no difference. Started googling the problem and found that this is a widespread problem with this headphone model. Found hundreds and hundreds of complaints about it. So I returned the headphones and bought the Sony WH1000 and they are perfect, no bluetooth problems! They sound just as good as the Bose in my opinion. I'm very happy with them so far and its been about 2 weeks.

Hi there! Sorry to hear you've had trouble with Bluetooth and Google Assistant voice assistant. Bluetooth should have an active range of 33 feet. I'd advise trying a reset of your headset to address the Bluetooth and possibly the voice assistant problem. Steps shown here - https://bose.life/2G8568S. For noise cancellation, glasses, earrings and hats may prevent the headphone cushions from forming a tight seal around the ear. We'd love to learn more about your Google Assistant issue so we can appropriately advise further. Please get in touch with us directly here - https://bose.life/38fMTSV. Great Headphones Same Old Problem

I owned a pair of the first noise canceling headphones and hoped these new Quiet Comfort 35s were an improvement to the ear cup problem. But NO! The ear cups still separate and tear From the headphone and are extremely uncomfortable to wear after awhile. The separated material irritates your ear and it looks terrible. Bose requires a much needed overhaul of the ear cup design to prevent this.
