Reason for a three was because the design slightly changed in the inner ear. There is a bar that slays in a way that it hits your ear and is painful over time. I had to switch back to the QC35 because that same bar in the inner ear slants in a different direction and does not hit your ear. 3 Stars because I had To return them and het the QC35 older model.
