They are completely crap now: the noise cancelling is awful. I can hear conversations and the TV where I could not before. Looking online, this has been an issue without solution for a very long time. Tried various solutions but haven't found any that work: I won't be getting Bose for the next pair.

Honest Opinion... Not sure what others are hearing

The sound was just flat and lacked solid bass/range. Ended up going to the store to return and try other headphones. Was blown away by Sony - WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise-Cancelling Over-the-Ear Headphones. Not bias at all...Don't believe me go to the store yourself and hear the difference. The Bose headphones don't support those higher level Codecs which make a difference.
