My wife could never get hers to par and couldn't use it. Mine hurt my ears after 2 hours of use...took both back. But don't take my word for it...try them our for yourself...Bose makes great products.

The QC35 II headphones support HFP, HSP, A2DP, AVRCP, BLE pairing profiles, so are compatible with most devices. Were the headphones up to date? From researching the problem I've learned that this is a common complaint about this headphone series, and Bose has gone out of their way to ignore the issue. Avoid the QuietComfort series and buy something else. What a total waste of $300+ dollars.

Sadly I was not too impressed. I did not feel the noise cancelling and Alexa and Google seemed to work intermittently. I ended up returning it.

I made the biggest mistake of ordering for the first time from best buy online these headphones as a birthday gift for someone. The email stated the product will be delivered next day. I waited and then I get an email that the product was returned back when I never even received it. The note stated my address was undeliverable which is absurd as I order things everyday from other big retailers like Amazon,Walmart,Macys,etc. So my gift didn't get delivered and the money was already charged to my account. I have been literally chasing Best buy support since last 1.5 months everyday I am being told money will be refunded to my account in 24 hours and this I am being told like 24 times and still money is not refunded. The worst part is I didn't even get the product and was automatically returned and my money is stuck too. Worst service from bestbuy so much of inconvenience to spend hours to chase the money. Didn't expect this. Would never recommend to anyone. Beyond frustrated

Sound was great when the device was close. But watching TV I kept losing connectivity when my TV is less than 10 feet away. Returned them a brought the Sony 1000XM3
