I loved these headphones when I first bought them. Sadly I can hear noises around me even at 100% now. Not what they used to be. I hate to say that because I love Bose products.

Sure the title is correct, but the audio isn't Bose quality. I don't know what happened. They sound quiet and weak. Like a small little pair of apple earbuds. For 300 dollars I would expect a surround system on my ears.

      Hello,

It's awesome to hear of your experience with the comfort and fit for our headphones. It's unusual to hear that you're hearing poor audio quality. Be sure to test using the headset with a different phone or music app - the issue may be with the source of the audio.

The fit was comfortable. I was looking for headphones that would eliminate the noise of my roommates. Did not eliminate the noise. I returned them as they did not meet my needs.

      Hey,

I love that you enjoyed the comfort of these headphones.

Had you not have returned them, we could have improved the noise canceling with these steps here https://bose.life/2R47X9h. Specifically, updating and resetting the headphones. Also, using the Bose Connect app to change the level of noise cancelling to 10 (maximum) would be great.

I hope you will give them another try.

These are definitely over priced. They are comfortable but for $350, I was expecting much better bass. In my opinion they are NOT worth the price.

      Hello, Nvidia.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II. We're glad to hear that you found the headphones comfortable, however, we're sorry to learn that the bass response didn't meet your expectations.

We would recommend trying a different music source (like Spotify or Pandora), as well as a different device to see if you notice an improvement in the headset's bass. We appreciate your feedback, as it is vital in helping our engineers develop the best possible products. Have a great weekend!

Not as good as the QC 35. I don’t see any reason to upgrade ? To these. I have my old ones to my daughter and got these. Then Sony headphones came on sale. Took these back ASAP

I waited years to get these headphones. Finally bought them on sale for $200.00 Bluetooth support for these headphones is horrible. I can get them to connect to an iPhone or Android with no issues but when it comes to hooking them up to a computer or Non-Bose sound bar there is compatibility issues. I did finally get them hooked up to my computer but the sound keeps dropping. I tried upgrading the bluetooth drivers and still no change. I've spoken to Bose and they basically say "Sorry, there are no plans to fix those issues and to buy a new model of headphones". They also haven't had a firmware update for these headphones in a long time. They just sit in my drawer for the most part. I use my GF's cheap Sony bluetooth headphones that connect up with no issues.

    Awesome headphones

The quality of these headphones is awesome. Have had them for a little less than a month and have enjoyed using them for everything. The battery life on them lasts longer than the 20 hours-At least for now. Thd controllers are really easy to work and if you forget (like i did) you can easily go on the app and quickly youll find your way through it. The sound quality is perfect. The only thing negative i would have to say is sometimes i wish it would go louder. The noise cancellation is beyond awesome. It literally takes you into the sound. These will now be my go to headphones.

This new Bose wireless headphones are really comfortable and light . The noise cancellation settings is awesome, it has a three settings Low- High-Off ,when I put the setting in high noise cancellation you just listen to your music and you can’t even hear a fan or any noise near you, just awesome!. It has google assistant built in but you will need to download that app, but I’m good with Siri on my iPhone. There’s one app you have to download on your phone while setting this headphones that allows you to control the headphones from your iPhone, like setting the wireless to auto off timer, turn off noise cancellation and play your music without using your buttons on your headphone, you can also check any updates to your headphones on the app. The sound is cristal clear like all Bose products, but they should have added a bass booster. The battery stay charge for up to 20 hours, I have gone two days without charging and it’s still going, it has a battery indicator as well as the voice assistant will tell you the percentage of your battery.

I got these headphones a month ago and mainly for use while training for marathons. I needed headphones that were of quality, lightweight, cordless and noise cancelling. These headphones have a battery life of around 20 hours. I only need to charge them once a week. They are impact resistant also. My favorite thing about these headphones is the ability to use google assistant making my training sessions so much easier. I can run for hours without constantly checking my phone for my texts and other business. The sound quality is great and so is the ease of use.

I’ve had this for 5 months. The left earphone doesn’t work well. It seems like there is a loose wire as it looses connection. I’ve reached out to the company but haven’t heard back.

I bought Boise wireless noise cancelling headphones as I was lead to believe they were the best. After using them I am extremely disappointed with them. The ear buds that come with an ipod are just as good.
