Connect. Disconnect. Connect. Disconnect.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound, but these things would randomly disconnect often. I made sure the firmware was up to date, battery was fully charged, and tried them on multiple devices. No dice. Returned for the far superior Sony headphones in the same price category.

Worst product instructions/support ever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bose makes a decent product but there instructions/manual are totally worthless. If it wasn’t such a quality product I would have returned just for the satisfaction of not supporting such an inept company.

Not sure what took me so long.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the headphones overall. I'm starting to travel more and I had been hesitant to go with noise cancelling headphones until they were wireless. I've tried other brands but the Bose are comfortable after extended wear. The sound quality is great. Not for the audiophile of course. The noise cancelling makes a world of difference on the plane. Yes you still hear voices but it's the low hums that are more of a drain on me. Plus once you have your source playing, the voice drown away too. The new button for Google Assistance is a nice touch. Not sure how much I'll use it, but we'll see. It's good to have the option. The companion Bose app is nice for management of the headphones. You can adjust the noise cancelling levels. I wish it had EQ settings but didn't notice any. I wish the materials where more luxurious, i.e.-metals, but oh well. May have added too the weight too much.

Bose QC35 II vs. Sony vs. Skullcandy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried 3 different headphones (actually purchased 2) before finally choosing the most AMAZING headphones ever, the Bose QC35 II Noise Cancelling headphones. First, I bought the Bose SoundSport Free wireless headphones. Comfortable, good sound quality, but with connection issues. Left earbud kept disconnecting. Returned. I exchanged those for the Skulkcandy Crush Wireless. BEST bass headphones you will ever have. I am a bass fan and bass is on top of my list when buying headphones. BUT, sound quality is not the best. It sounds like a $75-$100 hedphones but with a LOT of bass. Great for watching movies. Sometimes adding too much bass to a song alters the original quality and doesn’t sound good. Returned. In the store; I tried the Sony 1000X mkII. I did some research and found out this Sony is the closest competition to the Bose QC35 II. It has a little bit more bass than the QC35 II and sounds a little bit better than the Skullcandy Crush Wireless (but with less bass than Skullcandy). Now, in regards to sound quality, Bose QC35 II WON. I mean, you have to try it yourself and really hear the difference between those headphones for you to experience the quality of Bose. The Bose QC 35 II sounds like each instrument has its own speaker and they sound separately from all other instruments (voice, trumpets, guitars, etc) all separate. In other words, it doesn’t sound like it’s all mixed down. I don’t know if I am explaining it correctly but that’s what I feel. Bass is not bad AT ALL like I’ve been reading from other comments. It’s perfect depending on the song you are listening to. But Bass is definitely there. Comfort wise, I will be very simple: you feel like you are not wearing ANYTHING. It doesn’t hurt, doesn’t bother. It is just SO soft. Oh I forgot, sound is little reverb so it feels like a mini concert. Love that!! Before you buy, connect your phone to the headphones via Bluetooth in the store using the samples they have on display. Start with the Sony 1000X mkII then go to the Bose QC35 II and you will remember me. I had to sacrifice some bass for the quality of Bose. I don’t regret it even 1% (even though I am a big bass fan). To conclude, if you want SO MUCH bass but don’t care about audio quality (clear voice and instruments), go with the Skullcandy Crush Wireless. If you want amazing sound quality, reverb, comfort and showing off you have a Bose, go with the Bose. It’s either good bass or spectacular sound quality. You make the choice. Good luck!!

Noise canceling isn’t as good as advertised
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just used these on a international flight and was super disappointed in the noise cancelling. Even with the noise cancelling on high, I could hear people talking from several rows away and it was louder than the movie I was watching. I could also hear a baby crying from several rows away. I googled this issue and found that other people are having the same issue. Unfortunately for me, it’s too late to return them. I’m working with Bose to get a replacement, but I don’t think that the replacement is going to work any better. From the comments I’ve seen on the Bose website, they don’t know what the problem is. I’m just going to go with Sony. I had originally chosen Bose because I have other products and really like them.

good headphones but not for me nor for the price
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.these headphones are only good if you dont plan on moving anywhere while wearing them. They dont pair very nicely to other devices and for some reason a loud pitching sound sometimes comes out of no where and pretty much causes you to go deaf.

Best headphone ever!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Bose QuietComfort 35 II exceeded my expectations. I had previously owned the previous version and didn't think they could have more improvements since the last one was great. This new headphones are very comfortable to wear and the noise block is amazing. Living in a crazy house with children this is a plus for me, the noise block allows me to escape in my music giving me that privacy. The easy access to the volume buttons makes it easy to use. The new improvements of the Google assistant is amazing having easy access to talk or receive phone calls or messages without reaching my phone is one of my favorite things. Compare to other brands, the Bose QuietComfort 35 II is definately my choice and would recommend to friends and family.
