The unit is definitely pricey, however there are many benefits. You can connect to 2 devices at once. You choose which one is active with a switch on the right ear. There are other volume up/down and menu selectors on the right headphone as well. My headphones won't reliably stay connected to my older smartphone, the Droid MAXX (Android 4.4.4). I believe this is due to an older Bluetooth version in the phone. My headphones do stay connected to my HP laptop (Zbook), which is a new 2016 laptop. I've used the headphones for streaming Spotify, Google Hangout calls, and other applications. I've even used the headphones just to cancel out noise in my room (without anything streaming to the headset). The built-in microphone seems to perform well for video calls. DSP noise cancellation is superior. While it does not completely eliminate background noise, it will make a person standing next to you who is speaking sound as though they are in the distance. The DSP performance is exceptionally good at eliminating constant noise. I stood next to my furnace while it was on (fan blowing and gas burning) and heard absolutely nothing. Base performance is also very nice. Battery performance is amazing. You get a friendly voice tell you what percent-remaining your battery has when you turn them on. I've run for hours, only to have the battery drop by 10%.

I knew I was going to be making several trips so I wanted to invest in some good headphones. These are great. They have an excellent battery life and are quick to pick up a Bluetooth signal. They have a pretty good range as well. I can wander around my home without my phone and won't loose connection. The noise cancelling isn't as good as in-ear headphones, as they can't get the same type of seal. It's still a lot better than no cancelling. Really helped on longer flights. The headphones are also very comfortable to wear for an extended period of time.

This name brand is absolutely never let me down. This is definitely what I was looking for, and after trying just about everything else on the market first, the money spent will be worth it in the long run. Higly recommend these headphones. Longest charge with unbelievable quality bose sound!

I got this as a replacement for my QC25 and was really impressed by the noise cancelling quality and sound. I love the new software for the iPhone that lets you control the Nosie cancelling quality. The battery life is really great and not having to carry around a spare battery is a godsend.

Best sounding wireless headphones purchased to date. The bass, mids and highs all come through. Very comfortable to wear and the charge will easily last two weeks used daily for an hour or two.

Love this Bose noise canceling headphones! The battery last a long time on one full charge I was able to go on my trip from LAX-DC and back cuz I forgot to charge it.. sound quality is amazing and it's lightweight and feels soft on the ears! It's a little pricey but I would recommend it for the noisecancelling and Bluetooth so you don't have to fumble around with wires!

This is our 2nd pair of Bose Noise Cancelling headphones and nothing but great experience. Connection is easy, battery life is great, sound quality some of the best out there. Yes they are a little expensive, but the overall experience is best. Totally worth for traveling on planes.

Love these headphones. Had to purchase due to new cell phone not having a headphone jack. Love the bluetooth, able to adjust volume and change song from on headphone controls. love the phone features and microphone. Pricey but worth the money. Sounds awesome like all Bose products.

Lost my first pair at the gym so ended buying another one. I love them that much. A bit pricy but worth it in every way possible. Light, great sound,looks great, fits snug and comes with plugs for your flight incase you're a frequent flier. Just buy it and stop reading this review.

I did extensive research before purchasing these. I waited til there was a sale and then bought them. Comes with a high quality hard case with a spot to put all of the accessories. Use them for about 8 hours a day and they never become uncomfortable. Great battery life as well.

I treated myself to the Bose QC35 after using different and lower-cost noise-cancelling 'phones. The sound was a definite improvement and they were still comfortable after 24 hours more/less continuous use. The others are OK for yard work but these are going on the road with me.

I mainly bought these to wear while operating my mower, gas trimmer and chain saw. They are better at blocking (cancelling) noise and more comfortable than regular ear protection headphones. The bonus is that I have a great pair of headphones for air travel and private listening. Wish I had bought a pair 20 years ago when I was on a plane every week. Compared to my Sennheiser brand (much less expensive set) they are substantially better, although for occasional travel use I'm not sure I could justify the price difference. Bluetooth is another advantage, the older Sennheiser noise cancelling on ear set I have are constantly a tangled mess of wires.

I am an airline pilot who flies internationally and commutes to work. My wife bought these for me so that I can get sleep while commuting home after long flights. They are perfect for the long distance traveler and the music and movie affectionado. Great gift. Great product.

Unlike the Bose WC 15s I bought back in the day these were actually worth the cost. They still have that Boss over emphasis on bass but they do it well, it’s not too flabby and you can actually hear the high and good definition on the mids. Definitely no regrets on this one.

It is really good for traveler and serious listener for music. Even right by the engine in a plane, you may feel like you're in a room without any noise from outside. The first one had a noise on left side when connected thru Bluetooth but exchanged one works perfect. Just check yours when you purchase it by connecting Bluetooth without playing music. My son have a beat over the ear type one. He had a complain about over the ear when wearing it long. But this one does not have any tiredness even using several hours. by one time charges you may not need an additional charge for one way trip from west coast to east coast. It is good product.

I had never understood the appeal of wireless headphones until now. These are amazingly lightweight, so much so that I actually spent time looking for them before realizing they were around my neck. The sound is typical Bose, with the noise-cancelling as good as ever.

Originally got these for my wife so she can listen to music while I watch my favorite ghost hunting TV shows and not have to hear the TV. They're comfortable enough she can sleep with them on, and the rechargeable batteries can play all night long (just recharge them during the day and you're all set at night). The noise cancellation actually works out real well when she's reading and I'm outside mowing the lawn - says she can't hear the mower or weedwhacker at all (never tried it myself, though).

I'm not an expert in realizing the sound quality but for noise cancelling, this headphone is amazing. It's also not heavy and very comfort on head and best of all it is wireless.

I had never had a pair of these before but always wanted some. I started traveling a lot and finally decided to get some. Wow am I glad I did! The QC 35s are stylish, comfortable, easy to set up and use, and have fantastic sound. One of my better tech purchases ever!

Espensive, but incredibly worth the money. As a college student, noise cancelling headphones are something I should have invested in years ago. They work perfectly for cancelling out most noise in the library or in loud public areas, allowing me to be productive in more environments. They are extremely comfortable and soft, I can use them for hours and they do not bother me. The bluetooth connectivity and range works perfectly, and I have not had a single issue with it. I also love that you can pair two devices at once and switch seamlessly between them. Hands down my favorite pair of headphones to date.
