Definitely a great name since it is both quiet and comfortable. These are great for music, talking on the phone, movies and more. I have had these for a little over a year now and these headphones are of superb quality.

Bought these for my wife for her birthday. Not only is the sound great and the Bluetooth connectivity a breeze, but she was listening to an audiobook with them and absolutely did not hear our doorbell ring numerous times!

I have the bluetooth wireless Beats studio headphones that I will be comparing in this review to the Bose Quiet Comfort 35. I am totally happy with the Beats but I wish the noise canceling was better. All of the reviews say that Bose destroys everyone else when it comes to noise canceling. I bought the Quiet Comfort on June 5th, 2016 at Best Buy. Sound quality: I am no audiophile and both sound fine to me. The only difference is a little more bass with the Beats and a larger volume range with the Bose. By this I mean that I can turn the Bose volume down lower than the Beats before it cuts out. Noise cancelation: The Bose noise cancelation works better than the Beats, but don't be tricked by this. They block out maybe 10-15% more noise, not like a thousand percent better. Comfortability: The Bose are lighter and more comfortable than the Beats. I can wear both for many hours on end without issue. Bluetooth: Work fine and the range goes a little farther away from my phone/laptop than the Beats. Build quality: Huge concerns here. I don't know how long this gel/mesh material on the top is going to last. Also the headphones don't fold up like "normal" ones do. See my attached photo on how they fold up. They are designed to fit in the fancy case but if you don't have that case with you then I guess you through them in your bag and they get broken. Why couldn't they have folded up normally? Wired connection: What in the world is with this 2.5mm jack on the headphones? Why not use a standard 3.5mm cable? An even bigger issue is that there is no support for microphone! My work laptop does not have bluetooth so I need to be able to plug in my headset. "Maybe" it would work with the QC25 cable but the manual doesn't say either way and if so this should have been included in such an expensive product. Verdict: I will be testing these out for another week but I expect that I will return them to the store. For $350 plus tax I was expecting to be blown away with the noise cancelation and I was not. I also was expecting to not lose any features compared to the Beats, but losing microphone on the headphones cable is a deal breaker. It seems like Bose has came late to the bluetooth game and not brought anything gound breaking enough to justify the high price.

I was skeptical to spend so much on headphones, but they are totally worth it. The battery is great and the sound quality is amazing. Noise canceling really works well.

These are great on the airplane even if not connected to anything. Great sound quality though now and again it seems to lose the sound for a second or two. Comfortable, compact, very long lasting battery. Haven't charged in weeks

I have multiple pairs of Beats so I wanted something different. Bose always makes good products and I love these also. Comfortable, lightweight the noise reduction is tremendous even in loud venues like airplanes and gymnasiums.

My son is over the moon with the fantastic sound, noise cancelling, and lightness of these headphones. They are not very heavy or cumbersome to wear, and they work great for gaming, video watching, and telephone conversations.

Before I bought this Bose QC35, I actually have tried a couple of other brands. There is no comparison in terms of noise cancellation. Bose is very light, and comfortable even wearing it for hours. You got what you paid for.

Cancel out all the crying babies in a plane! It was comfortable to wear and sleep in it, a bit bulky but the sound is amazing. Battery life was great it lasted my entire trip from the West Coast, US to the Middle East.

Quality build. Excellent noise cancellation. Extremely comfortable to wear. Great battery life.

These are pricey for sure, but the balanced sound quality, hours long comfort, and smart noise cancellation are top notch. I love them. Great for air travel and just casual use. I definitely recommend these over the corded model.

Superior Sound.... what else would you expect from Bose.

Great sound quality. Able to use with the leaf blower outside and still enjoy the music. After trying trying everything else is the store these are the best. Fits comfortably over hearing aids too, without static or feedback

Best wireless headphones I've ever had. They cancelled the noise on the airplane, just like I was hoping. They are super comfortable too! Highly recommend these headphones, if your loooking for wireless, and noise cancelling.

This is as good as it gets. The sound is excellent. The Bluetooth makes it wirelessly convenient. It is great that my phone and iPad are connected at the same time. And the noise cancelling is classical Bose quality, the best.

I never imagined spending so much on a set of headphones, especially for myself. BUT the Bose QC35s deliver fantastic sound and noise cancellation beyond anything that I thought possible. I purchased them because of noticeable hearing loss from one year working in a lab environment where people talk three times loader than they ever would in a cubicle setting. Anyway when I remove these headphones I'm shocked by the amount of background noise that I never niticed before. I can listen to my favorate music at a greatly reduced volume and still hear it crystal clear. Also, the noise cancel on the built in mic works well too.
