Elite headphones
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Though always wanting headphones with noise-cancellation capabilities and outstanding sound, I was very hesitant in spending this amount of money. With a pending long-distance plane ride ahead of me, however, I sucked it up and paid the money. Glad I did. The horrendous noise of airliners was largely (but impossible to completely) cut out, I could sit back and enjoy desired sounds and music. I'm not a big fan of bluetooth, but these paired effortlessly with my Samsung phone (and my son's IPhone), and delivered uncut streaming (must be well buffered). Charging the headphones didn't take long (several hours), and they seem to keep its charge for the period of time stated by Bose. It's been over a month now, and I've used them in a variety of situations - work outs, walks, car rides - and I couldn't be happier. They do get a bit warm around the ears, which isn't a problem in Michigan during winter, but this might be a distraction outside in summer. They are also not windproof, as I've found out, but this problem can be alleviated with a hood or loose headband that applies some additional pressure to the head.

A must for flying travelers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First I love Bose - I also have a pair of beats, but these are hands down the best option when it comes to these noise cancelling headphones. they are worth the price, when you can block out all noise on a plane it makes all the difference. Great battery life, easy to pair, light, nice hard case, and comfortable.

Amazing noise canceling
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these for my plane trip and wow I could not hear any engine noise. I have the beats studio also but these sound better and are more comfortable and convenient. Wireless is the way to go. No headphone jack? No problem. Great treble and just enough bass. Btw beats noise canceling sucks. These are superior noise canceling.

Excellent Noise Cancellation and Sound
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these headphones because I needed something wireless and wanted a high quality sound with excellent Noise Cancellation. I travel internationally, on average 1 per month so it's excellent sound quality for movies, music, and canceling out engine noise. I had to take my headphones off to not be rude to the stewardess to place my order for food and drink. If you have the wireless feature connected to your device, then no need to take headphones off while in the bathroom or looking through your bag in the overhead or wires getting in your way. The battery life is excellent. I charged the headphones for about an hour straight out of the box for a total flight time of 10 hours. After continuous use, I still had about 60 battery life. I really enjoy using while working at home too and the wireless feature allows you to walk freely around the room and is an excellent way to cancel out distractions and enjoy your music of choice. I even took a couple of phone calls and was able to have a clear conversation with no issues. The recipients on the other end of the call didn't notice at all.

what was always wanted
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted a wireless QC NC bose but never had one till now. Ive tried others, but always went back to the QCs. Now this one is the best of both worlds. 1. Ultra light - I had the Bang and Olfsen H8 wireless NC headphones, but they are ultra heavy and not too user friendly. 2. Noise Cancelling is a good balance between light weight and noise reduction. It isn't as good as some ear plugs, but the comfort is the perfect size as well as very lightweight. Well most plane travellers like me know we will still need the cord for IFE, but this one allows us to roam with music onboard the plane too! It is very light compared to the competitors - and packs a good original classic bose noise cancel. Added bonus is the voice is very useful, while other brands have signs via a blue dot only. Thanks bose! finally a perfect all in one product for my headphones!

one of my favorite headphones
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are brilliant headphones, I am completely impressed with their overall quality and the noise cancellation. I also own the previous Bose SoundLink II Wireless headphones over the ear, and will compare those to this newer wireless model. The new ones are heavier than the SouldLink II Wireless. I wish Bose could have made them lighter, but you would not notice the difference if you were wearing them for a few hours at a time. The sound quality is a little upgrade to the SoundLinks, I can hear a little more base, which was well needed. Very crisp, clear sound through a wide range of genres. Good bass, great highs and good mids. Similar but improved compared to the QC15 and similar to the Beats in terms of sound quality. However, the great thing about these is that I cannot tell they are wireless/bluetooth. There is no intermittent bluetooth crackling that was very intrusive when using the Beats. With the Beats, it was obvious I was using bluetooth/wireless, and it was obvious I would be sacrificing sound quality for convenience. I do not feel like I'm making a trade-off with the QC35s. They sound like wired headphones. Bose does not have a feature to turn off Noise cancellation when connected via Bluetooth Bose as an entire app for the iPhone where you can control/pair/name your headphones, but you cannot activate/disable noise cancellation. That would be a very neat feature. I like now these fold up for storage compared to the SoundLinks. Instead of only tilting the head pieces 90 degree, these do that in addition to one of the ear piece rotating to filling in the gap in the center of the headphone. I like this modification, although I am more scared more stuff can go wrong and eventually break that extra hinge.

High quality head set with a lot of features
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall the Bose QC 35 headset performs very well and is comfortable. The noise canceling function is so effective that I sometimes wear them without anything playing to enjoy the quiet they provide. They were easy to pair with my I Phone 7 plus and I was even able to get them to work with my Sony Play station 4 dual shock game pad to a limited extent. I did note that when connected to my windows pn through an insignia bluetooth 4.0 usb adapter that the sound cuts out periodically depending on the computer's processor load and other factors. This seems to be highly variable and I was able to correct some of this by turning off all the power saving settings to the bluetooth adapter. The overall feel of headset is very comfortable and the battery life is excellent. I am hoping that firmware updates can correct some of the minor connection issues.

Beautiful sound and good noise cancelling
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When you turn these headphones on, you suddenly stop hearing ambient noise, such as air conditioning. They don't do quite as well with variable sound such as TV's, but they cut the volume enough so that you only hear such sounds when your music is between tracks or very quiet. The audio quality is wonderful - full-range, very detailed. I'm hearing things I never knew were in the music! They are comfortable enough to wear for hours. Highly recommended.

BOSE Didn't Disappoint
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Spent almost 45 minutes trying every pair of headphones to determine which one I liked. These weren't the most expensive nor the absolute best--there was a pair of Sony headphones that sounded better, but was $100 more. This had a longer battery life. Haven't had problems with these headphones. Wouldn't hesistate to buy again. I wear them almost everyday for a few hours. Charge once a week. The manufacturer made a quality product, as usual.

Great Sound and comfortable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I switched to these over the ear Bose headphones from some on ear headphones. Made such a difference in comfort. I can sit with these on all day when I'm in the office. Blocks most office sounds. Sounds great. Lightweight. Battery easily lasts several days if not all week. I'm a believer in Bose quality now.

Great product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Initially was not thrilled about paying $300 + for headphones. However after buying cheaper phones and having them fail very soon after purchase, I dove in. They are very comfortable and I wear glasses so a softer ear surrond is important. The sound is clear and not overly boomy for bass. The noise canceling is a plus, and that makes them great for flying. They easily pair with my laptop and TV . Expensive but so far worth it.

Knew I had to have them - no regrets!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tested these out at another store and immediately fell in love. I saved up and ordered them from Best Buy. They come with a nice case which even includes pockets for charging cables or whatever else you want to keep with them. The sound is nice, the wireless is nice, the noise-cancelling is nice and the fit is good. This is the first pair of headphones that fit nicely around my ears and don't hurt - very comfortable. The ONLY complaint I have is that I can't turn them up quite as loud as I would like, but that's probably for the best.

Noise cancellation is everything!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When you put them on they feel super nice and fit perfectly over your ears. When I unboxed them when we got home at first I was disappointed because I felt like the noise cancellation plugged my ears. When my husband was talking it was muffled and I had to constantly take off my headphones to Hear what he was saying. Then we took a 12hr flight and brought these on board. I slept like a baby. Your ears will get used to the noise cancellation feeling and you will love that it mutes the unwanted sounds around you! There's other cheaper headphones that are wireless but the noise cancellation on these is next level! Only negative thing I don't like is how the lady robot talks into my ears when you turn them on, she lets you know which blutooth device you're connecting to and how much battery you have left. Although handy I find it extremely annoying. There may be a way to turn that off though! Also love the case they come with! Something that costs that much should be protected!

You can't go wrong with these...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the wired version of the Bose Quiet Comfort headphones, and I loved them. I primarily use them for air travel and they were awesome. So, when the wireless BT ones finally came out, I had to get them. Let me say that they exceeded my expectations. The incredibly soft leather, with the pliable but not overly so foam make them comfortable and easy to wear for extended periods. As for the noise reduction, nothing compared to my old Bose, and now nothing compared to these. Active noise cancellation is amazing. It cancels out just enough to be quiet, but not so much that you can't tell that something is going on (like a flight announcement). Oh, and if you can't find the L/R indicators to know which way to put them on, look inside the ear cups... Took me a while to find that... :-) Bottom line, they are better thany Sony's, the are better than the JBL's (which I returned), and are the best wireless, noise-cancelling headphones out there! Stop reading and go try them!

Best in the Industry
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best noise cancelling headphone I have ever used. The sound is fantastic. The headphone is super lightweight and very comfortable. The only drawback is the price point. If you can get over the sticker shock, then you will not regret buying these if you want great sound and quiet.

Great noise reduction and pretty good sound
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As always, the Bose QC line sports superior noise reduction and the QC35's are no exception...now they have this Bluetooth option. And I bought these cans for these 2 reasons: - Bluetooth - Noise Cancelling If these 2 needs are on the top of your list just buy them. Performance in both of these categories is exceptional. Bluetooth works great, I did have a couple of instances at first with the phones getting finicky with connecting to a source. I'm blaming that on me as I have had no problems since. It does not take much to get things corrected with the Bose Connect app which is basic and easy to use. When you power on a pleasant female voice lets you know what you are connected to and how much power time is left. A 20 hour run time is published. I travel a lot, charge my gear the night before every flight (some west coast to Europe) and have not come close to running out of power. If you do run out of power a cable is included to keep you going. The only thing with these is that the sound is flat. To me they do not have the clarity and stereo separation of some of my other cans such as my open ear Shure SRH1840s or even my cheapo closed ear Sennheiser HD 280 Pros. Keep in mind that these are recording studio monitoring headphones and that is what I use them for. It's not really a fair comparison but a reference for me nonetheless. Dull sound is a common complaint with Bose QCs. To me it's a fair trade off for the convenience of Bluetooth and the superior noise cancelling performance. These a great headphones for travel and, unless you are an audiophile, a bass head or one who loves cranked EQ settings, you will love them.

Finally a comfortable pair of headphones!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Positive: After trying many pairs of headphones I have found that on flights longer that 2 hours the pressure and discomfort become to much. Typically I would transfer to earbuds for a break and then go back. My first use was on a 8hr flight and I had the QC35 on the hole time. I can say the comfort alone was well worth the money!!. Battery life was exceptional. Round trip 16hrs and still 50%. The OK: IMHO - Sound quality was very good to excellent but not outstanding. This is one of those things that I am OK with, comfort was a priority. The negative: In less ambient noise environments (train) others will notice your sound at moderate levels. I found this very surprising as this has never happened with any other headphones. These could use better insulation to prevent this. Lastly: The 3.5mm cord for external devices is way too short and of poor quality. Ear-cup connector is smaller and oddly sized which will make replacements a challenge. Verdict: I would still purchase these again.

Works as advertised!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i picked up these headphone right before a flight. I was going to test it out to make sure it works as advertised. It works! it works great! I was playing classical music as the plane took off. i could feel the plane rumble and I could see being lift up in the air, but I couldn't hear anyone talking around me or the plane's engine. it was surreal. The battery life is impressive! For the 3 days I used it to listen to music, movies and shows on my smartphone and laptop, it was still at 90%. it's exactly what i wanted from a bluetooth headset -- something a battery life I wouldn't need to worry about. It's the most expensive headset I've ever purchased for myself. It's better than the Beats, Audio Technical and Skull headsets I've had. I don't know about the Sony. I was debating to get this or the Sony. I like the fact that it can be connected to multiple devices at the same time. I keep it connected to my phone, laptop, tablet and TV.
