FIrst...the headphones are AMAZING and the noise cancelling is absolutely incredible. For that...I would give them five stars all day long. Battery life is also pretty incredible as well, I've had them for a month now, and have only charged them three times. Granted, I wouldn't call myself a "power user" on them, but even if one was, I believe they would find the battery life more than acceptable. Comfort is "ok"...a little tight fitting on the ears and would probably be a little irritating if worn for extremely long periods of time. The one and only negative that I can come up with on these headphones would be the Bluetooth range. If only Bose had put as much as one quarter of the research into the Bluetooth technology of these as they had the noise cancelling technology, they would have a set of headphones that couldn't be beat. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth capability is severely lacking and is quite dismal to be perfectly honest. If you're sitting close to the source, you will be fine, but even at distances of 10-12 feet it often times loses connection. I wear these while I'm on my mower mowing, both to cut out the noise level of the engine running, but also to listen to my tunes. I carry my phone in my pocket during this time and more times than not, it disconnects and at that point the phone is literally two feet away from the headphones. I can only assume that it is picking up some sort of electrical interference from the engine causing it to do this, but still, a more powerful Bluetooth radio would probably take care of the issue. Overall, I do really enjoy these headphones, and they are also great for making/taking calls on your cell...call clarity is great and sound is great for listening to music as well. I would definitely recommend them.

Made my final decisión to buy this product I always wanted to have. Very comfortable, great sound.

I loved this Bose headphone when I first purchased it. The sound quality is amazing. Its very easy to use. And the holding case is great. But then I switched to an Android phone, and it was all down hill from there. The sound is spotty. If i have my phone in my pocket while I am walking, the sound cuts on and off or the sound is jumpy. But if i hold my phone in my hand, its fine. The bluetooth sometimes does not connect or drops connection. Then if I get a whatsapp message on my phone, it just keeps beeping loudly as the music is playing, even if I have viewed the message. So I have to turn off the Whatsapp notification feature on my phone. The Headphone works great for Apple products, but not so great with Android.

Sound is good with iPhone but not great as they sound in store. Apparently different wattage in store to show full capability. I alway thought that Bose delivers the best in sound but a little disappointed in the volume quality.

It does cancelling a noise very good. I was standing next to Home Central Air Condition while it is running and make a loud noise. Then I put on Bose QC35 II, I didn't hear any AC running sound at all. I mean nothing at all. And it was on sale for $299.99. So I bought it. But now I know why they were on sale. Sony just released 'wh1000xm3'. I don't have one so I cannot compare them. But their reviews are good. I also hope Bose release QC45 soon.

Best headphones, I have tried all of the over the ear headphones and nothing compares to sound and comfort.

Bought these headphones because they were comfortable. Did not have as many functions as other wireless headphones I tried. But that is a small sacrifice for making sure that your ears do not ache after 2 hours of wearing. Other wireless headphones made my ears ache or gave me a headache. Noise cancelling works, but probably not as quiet as other headphones.

Noise cancelling is excellent. Very comfortable to wear. Sound quality is good.

Using these for loud outdoor work like lawnmowing,string trimming or chain saw work is amazing. Put on Spotify and keep on trucking! No need to crank up the volume at all. I bought a 2.3mm by 3.2mm male to male cable and used it with my xbox and it worked. No microphone though.I have not tried the microphone feature yet so I can't report on that. Can't wait to try them on my next overseas trip.

Comfortable noise cancelling. Works great with phone, computer, tv etc. Battery is long lasting.
