Also, the Bluetooth on this is faulty, and after only a few months starts dropping out, even if you’re a foot away from the source. Very buggy, not worth $300-$400

The action button I have set to Alexa and it doesn't work 100% of the time. Sometimes I hit it and nothing happens. Not sure if that's Bose or Alexa. Also, you have to open the Alexa app before each use to connect to the headphones so it's not super convenient.
