Amazing product. Wrong application

I purchased it to use on my LG smart TVs specifically so I could watch shows while my kids slept. It worked great for about 5 minutes and then I would lose sync with audio. Every time I paused it it would sync back up. It was too much to deal with. On my phone however it sounded incredible. Very clean and balanced. The noise canceling feature worked flawlessly. I couldn’t hear my wife calling me from 7 feet away. She wasn’t too happy. I ended up returning them because I had another good set of headphones for music. I wanted these specifically for tv use.

Glad to hear that you were loving the audio of your headphones. Regrettably, like with any Bluetooth product, it is likely you will experience an audio to video lag whilst using this connection to watch video. This is due to the Bluetooth processing time between the headphones and the source.
