Bose - QC 35 - Expensive, but worth it

I finally pulled the trigger and am very, very impressed. The noise cancellation is excellent and the sound quality is beyond my expectations. No doubt, these are expensive headphones, but the comfort and performance do make them "worth it" for me.

Open box item purchase experience

My old one died in me so that need a replacement. Everything was good except found some sort of animal hairs inside of carrying case and hair product scent on headphone. Best Buy could have done a better job of cleaning and sanitizing the headphone during quality inspection of the headphone after accepting the return from previous purchaser especially when we are going through the pandemic.
