For the price point and what it offer it's great. Could have a longer battery life but overall 5 stars.

The noise canceling works great in quieter areas, such as on a plane. I would not recommended these for outside use though. The wind blows through the earpiece and makes a loud noise.

I'm very unhappy with the customer service at Bose. I purchased the QC35 headphones late last year and was having problems with the blue tooth range. After troubleshooting with Bose technicians via email it was determined that I should send my headset in for a replacement. I was advised via email (I still have the email) that I would receive a UPS shipping label. Once dropped my current headphones off at UPS and the status showed UPS received the item they would send my replacement headphones and provide a tracking number. I dropped off the headphones at UPS and 2 days later they were delivered to Bose. My replacement still hadn't shipped so I replied to the email and asked for a status. I didn't get an answer, just a statement that delivery would take up to 10 days. Now, 13 days later I still haven't received my replacement and the UPS status was frozen. I called UPS and after researching the issue informed me the package was lost. I called Bose again on 21 March and explained that the package was lost according to UPS and the representative said they would have to wait until the UPS status changed. I explained that I am out the money and the headphones right now so Bose should be contacting UPS now and not make me wait. The representative stated she would get with a supervisor to contact UPS. A short while later the rep informed me they did confirm the item was lost but now they have to request an investigation by the shipper and that once that clears they would ship my replacement. This is ridiculous. First, Bose did not ship the replacements as soon as UPS took possession of my return like they stated. Next, Bose stated I would have my replacements within 10 days of dropping off my return. Next, now that 13 days have gone buy and the product was lost in shipping, Bose says I can't get my replacement until and investigation is done. Bose needs to take care of the issue they are having with their shipper on their time. In the meantime my replacement headset should be mailed overnight immediately. The customer should never pay the penalty for breakdowns in your own stated policies. I have two Bose products in my home and if this is not remedied quickly they will be my last and I will let others know to stay away from Bose.
