    Initial set up was simple enough, but it took me a while to figure out how to get it to play sound from more than one source on my computer at a time. This made it difficult to switch from Google Meet to Zoom without closing out all of my chrome windows and manually switching the source in the Zoom settings. Even trying to find the solution was difficult, as most people wanted to know how to switch between devices, rather than sources of sound on the same device. I am not particularly tech savvy and it was frustrating for me, I can only imagine that this issue might make people give up and return them.

    I really love this color but for a woman that wears makeup, not so good. I returned these & purchased the Eclipse Grey ones & absolutely love them. Great noise canceling at the gym where it can get very load with weigh lifting & machines running. Very soft, comfortable head phones feels like a cloud. Light weight not to heavy. 4 stars only cause of the white color for me stains from my makeup. If you’re a guy & don’t wear makeup, go for these tgey are beautiful. Best Buy made it so easy for me to exchange for the Eclipse grey which suits me better. Great product.

    These are extremely comfortable headphones! They are so light and The sound is amazing also. Completely worth the money. I use them during work and i forget i even have headphones on my head. I will say i can connect my iphone 15 at the same time any other device because it’ll keep skipping. But my ipad and computer work fine together.
