Works really well and cuts out 95% of ambient noise. Has a "aware" button so you can hear around you and whatever you are listening too. Really highlights how well it works. The earpiece are also very soft and comfy enough to wear 2 hours with no issues. I haven't worn them longer yet. Fantastic for plane rides.

I can honestly say that these are much better than my Beats headphones. I went through two Beats headphones over a span of two years and they always began messing up. The first pair, the pads had to be replaced and also one side went bad. The second pair's hinges became weak and just became dangly. But my Bose headphones are perfect! The bass is much better and these are much more comfortable. Highly recommend.

These headphones make you feel like the artists are singing to you personally. Plus when you download the Bose app, you can change the sound settings. Adjusting bass, treble, etc.. so easy! they're also very comfortable to wear to the gym or a taking a stroll around the neighborhood.

They are great headset. Very comfortable to wear all day. Sound quality is very musical although if you're a base-head, the base may not be adequate enough for you. But all in all, a very good headset. I like the feature of being able to connect to two devices at once as well.

Overall extremely happy with this purchase. Comfort, sound quality and battery life are the great.

Hard to beat the quality of Bose. My wife doesn't like air pods because they go in her ear. These are a comfortable solution that sound amazing. We chose this over the apple over ear headphones.

These headphones are fantastic. I don't use them in the Bluetooth mode often as I use them for my PC but the Bluetooth mode is pretty seamless and doesn't have any issues. The active noise cancelling is really solid and cuts out a lot of sound. The battery life is pretty solid as well.

I have a flagship noise cancelling earbuds. While the earbuds provide more noise cancelling than the headphones, but they hurt my ear when i use them for long. The bose headphones still provide great noise cancelling and greater comfort for hours of usage.

Great Product ! very quiet light weight and battery last for hours!

This was a replacement for an older pair of Bose headphones. The newer technology is great with excellent integration with my iPhone. I especially like the dual modes and ease of changing the configuration of the headphones. I was initially concerned about how long the charge would last but on a recent 10 hour flight, there was still 90% of charge remaining.

Based on previous experience with Bose headphones comfort and sound quality are excellent. These QC 45's are a Christmas gift to myself so I have not yet tried them out. My current pair of older Bose headphones were working fine except that the covers, padding and internal lining had all separated and were deteriorating which rendered them next to useless. I hope that the quality of the new set holds up better.

These headphones are amazing!!! They are super comfortable and easy to wear for long periods of time. They connect to my phone, tv, and computer all at the same time so if I'm watching a movie or working on my laptop, i will also hear notifications from my phone. Worth every penny and the battery and last a really long time.

I enjoy Bose as a product. Could they be better and a little less bulky, yes, but overall battery, sound quality, and comfort are great!

As far as sound quality, they sounded great! Just what I expect from a Bose product. Controls were intuitive, comfort was exceptional. 5 stars on setting up the headphones with my Apple iPhone 10max, and my Mac computer. The problem can in when I tried to pair it with my 2017 Sony STR-DN1080 Multi Channel AV Receiver. A couple of years ago we had no trouble pairing up a Bose "over the neck" bluetooth headphone. But this product just would not pair up. It stumped us all! As I mainly brought these headphones for late night TV viewing, they were useless to me. I returned them to BEST Buy.
