Initial set up was simple enough, but it took me a while to figure out how to get it to play sound from more than one source on my computer at a time. This made it difficult to switch from Google Meet to Zoom without closing out all of my chrome windows and manually switching the source in the Zoom settings. Even trying to find the solution was difficult, as most people wanted to know how to switch between devices, rather than sources of sound on the same device. I am not particularly tech savvy and it was frustrating for me, I can only imagine that this issue might make people give up and return them.

I've always enjoyed my Bose headphones especially the noise cancellation. While some might not like the buttons on the headset and prefer a tap/touch to controll volume etc... Some things don't need changes. Keep the physical button around and work on other aspects of the device. I've owned every Bose headset and while this is still fairly new and haven't been able to use it as long, still I prefer them. Comfort, look and overall a great and working device. Noise cancellation is on point. To enjoy music and not a loud noise on the ears is always a must. And Bose does just that. Louder isn't better. I just becomes noise.

I purchased noise cancelling headphones for air travel. They work pretty good. Not as good as a previous Bose model that required batteries for the noise reduction part of the circuit but, I'm still happy with the purchase. They are comfortable around the head and ear.

My wife loves these. It takes a lot to get her attention when she's using them. Jumping up and down and waving works pretty well. And she says they sound great.
