Got these for my son and he loves them and takes care of them better than any other pair of headphones he's ever had. Though the noise cancelation does make it harder to talk b to him...

Especially if you work in an office or travel with lots of back ground noise. Filters out what you don't want to hear with the noise cancelling but you can still hear your voice greate.

I had problems with the first pair I purchased as the left earpiece failed after a couple of uses. The second pair worked fine however I did not appreciate being charge a $45 restocking fee when I returned the first pair.
