Audio Crackling

I've no complaints on the audio quality - when it's not crackling. Almost two years later there is a severe audio crackling in both ear cups that occur randomly in all environments, quiet and slightly noisy. Unfortunately the problem started AFTER the 1 year warranty. After spending hours searching for solutions I've come across entirely too many other users having the exact same issue. I would not recommend the problem due to this audio problem.

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to enjoy your QuietComfort 45 headphones anymore due to crackling audio issues.
If you have not done so before, please try to reset your headphones: https://support.bose.com/s/display-articles?productId=01t8c00000OydAHAAZ&articleId=ka08c000001c0obAAA&language=en_US
And also, we would recommend changing the ear cushions and making sure they are securely attached on your headphones.

I personally am not a fan of the noise cancelling feature due to felling like I'm under water but with these you do not fell like that.

They're crystal clear, noise cancelling perfect, and extremely comfortable BUT; mid range drowns lows. And ive found almost NO equilizer that will truly stabilize or really balance its high quality sound.

Latency issues with TV

Unfortunately I experienced latency, audio and video on a TV can be out of sync. The issue is probable due to the use of bluetooth. RF headphones do no have latency issues. These headphones are probably excellent for just audio.
