    I purchased this headset for my wife so we could both listen to the TV with our wireless headsets. My TV/receiver would not allow me to Bluetooth both headsets at the same time. I could only listen to one or the other. So, I returned them and am looking for another brand.

    Upgraded from old Bose than broke. Hope these last longer. Sound and comfort is excellent. I like the "announcements" of battery charge and bluetooth connections.

    Very comfortable without question!!!bluetooth issues, when listening to each song theirs a slight delay or pause. Its very annoying!!. Bose has never let me down until now , would not recommend them !

      Hi David, I am glad to hear you love how comfortable the qc45s are! It is surprising you are experiencing delays. Any delays or pausing that only happens when the headphones are connected would likely be caused by interference. To stop interference, make sure that the headphones and source device (phone, tablet or computer) are at least 5ft apart. I would also recommend making sure that your router is not too close.     Headphones are comfortable sound blocking is good to an extent . Unfortunately I do hear crackling in the headphones when watching a video on YouTube sound staticky and proceeds to mute the incoming audio.

    Just ok for me I rather beats but there is a feature on these headphones I didn’t know about covering one ear with ur hand to reduce music to communicate with anybody talking to you. If I knew that I might of kept it

    they kept disconnecting and the audio quality was pretty bad compared to other headphones, they’re also priced way too high for what you’re getting

This generally happens if your too far away from the paired device. This can also cause sound quality to diminish. To prevent this, please keep close to the media device and no further than 10m / 33ft.

    I like the noise cancellation feature but as for as the sound, I was not impressed with the quality of sound. It seems like that deep base and rich quality sound is not there
