    I thought I’d save some money and bought another brand. They popped, crackled, and would lose connection. I then bought these snd they are great! No problems at all and I can move about the house without losing sound quality. Very happy with my Bose headphones.

    Previous owner of Bose Noise Cancelling headphones. Frustrated with this purchase because I downloaded the app and the instructions for how to turn of the Voice Assistant do not match what is actually available in the app. The default for the voice assistant should have been set to silent. I should not have to turn it off. Every time I turn the headphones one, the voice starts telling me I am not connected, etc.

      Hi Lee,
      Thanks for reaching out. You do not have to add a voice assistant (Alexa or Google Assistant) integrated to your product, if you wish to enable this, you can do so in the Bose Music app. As for voice prompts, if you would rather not receive these notifications regarding connectivity and battery level, visit your device settings to turn this off.     These are decent and they do enough to get the job done. A slight drop off from previous Bose headphone releases, they are good but I'm hopeful the next QC release is a return to their prominence.

    bought this due to previous experience. Although operating manual says green led light will indicate that full charge has occured, no green light comes on my headphones. Called bose tech support, they say the new headphones don't have the light. I think they did not tell me the truth. Headphones do say the device is fully charged.

    replacement for my aging QC 35's. excellent sound quality and build quality. Make sure to download Bose's control programs for them in order to get an excellent equalizer/ volume controls. A few minor quibbles but not enough to dock my five star rating.

    These don’t automatically shut off like a precious model. And you can’t tap to shut them off either. Other than that, they’re great.
