Pieces( cables, manual) were missing from the original packing. I had to open the bose website to see what all was there in the original box. Worst buy. Dont go by bestbuy's baselining of excellent. This was good condition with missing pieces from original packing

I bought my husband Bose headphones about 2 years ago. You can’t hear any outside noise on his. On these that I bought you have to turn the volume up high to avoid outside noise

I returned them back because the battery quality was very low. The battery seem to have a died out right away that same day and did not last long at all. My previous ones lasted all day fully charged. They were the Bose 35.
