I was in a bind for some headphones,as last minute pre flight checklist revealed my current were broken..Best Buy to the rescue,on sale they were like $240 and I just took the risk and to be completely honest I will never choose anything less as these set a standard for my travels and everyday life as they are durable, fit comfortably and the sound is comparable to IMAX

I did the best research i could and it didn’t disappoint. Very quiet with the noise cancellation. The side buttons are also super nice its very basic, also the app is kinda cool. Very light weight and moisture resistant. The battery life is crazy good. When you turn them on it tells you how much battery percentage is left which is kinda cool.

It’s my first pair of noise cancelling headphones so I might be way off base here but I thought I wouldn’t be able to hear ambient sounds around me with noise cancelling turned on. This is not the case with these headphones. Indeed it is easier to tune sounds out but with little to no effort, I can still choose to hear my surroundings. This is both a blessing and a curse. The headphones seamlessly connect to multiple devices all at the same time but only plays from the one I am trying to use. So I can have it actively connected to two laptops and a phone and it will only play from the device that I am actually playing music on. No confusion. This sounds like it should just be an obvious feature but this is the first Bluetooth headset I have ever had that makes this process seamless. I have had like ten headsets over the years including Jabras, Beats, Sony, and some lower end ones. All of them have had a problem where I could not easily choose shock device to play from. But these do it perfectly. They stay on my narrow head with no problem and they do not squeeze hard enough to hurt my head. They are indeed comfortable.

This fits my larger head and ears without the usual discomfort from other sets. I’ve worn them for several long flights overseas without issue. The battery and audio performance is what you’d expect from Bose; excellent.

Sound is very clear. Connection is always easy. Noise cancellation mode is perfect to use on a plane or in any noise areas. Perfectly fits the shape over head without any pressing on ears, excellent for long time use.

Sound is Amazing! Fits very well on my small head and does not press on my ears as others have that caused pain. Battery life is great. I use them for around 8 hours a day and it lasts for days!

These are great headphone i chose these over the sony xm4. I've heard Sony sound better but thats ok, i still like these ones. I wear these at work and my ears never hurt or get hot. I can wear a few hours straight, not alot of bass and volume isnt really loud but its loud enough and sounds great. Build quality is really good and think they will give me a years of use

Tweaked to be Even Better: The QC 45's are great.

Honestly, with everyone's ears being so different, it's hard to say that the new Bose QC 45 are the best overall ANC headphones...but, if there was a pantheon of similar, there should be a spot reserved for these in my book. Bought as a replacement for my Bose QC 35ii's which my wife cheerfully borrowed and forgot to return them <grin>, I am very satisfied with the subtle changes. For sure - if you have the 35ii's and they are in great shape, don't bother with the 45's. However if you need a NEW pair or are just contemplating a pair of high quality headphones you will not go wrong with the 45's. In my Airbus Economy seat test, the 45's are slightly more comfortable and block more noise than the 35 ii's. Over a long flight I'm not sure you would notice but in an A-B situation you can. Overall quality of movies, music and microphone calls was great to my ears. However, your ears are going to make a judgement that may be different. It's OK if you don't like them. For me, the 45's with USBC charging and slightly revised tech are worth the premium price.

I owned a QC35 gaming wireless headset prior to this. Used it so much that eventually the head piece is fell apart so I decided to get another pair. The 45s are bad compared to the 35s. I'll give you the good first then why im returning mine. Good - 1- great noise canceling, so good in fact i can't use it. (See my bad section for why) 2- comfortable 3- battery life seems ok, won't be able to use them as much as my 35s but my 35s lasted 12 hrs on average of continuous music or tv streaming use. The 45s so far have lasted the same. Bad 1 - no levels of noice canceling. It had two settings, on and off (aware) basically. I can not even use the app the change the levels to be like my 35s were. Where I could use the medium level of noise canceling. The 45s noise canceling makes me nauseous and it amplifies the air throbbing effect of my vehicle driving. (I use them for noise canceling and music at a loud driving related job)

Great sound and really blocks out the noise. I used them on a series of long flights and the noise cancelling was incredible. They were also very comfortable. Bluetooth connectivity was easy and the charge lasted over 20 hours. Comes with nice hard case and fold flat for travel.

6 years ago I tried the older version of the noise cancelling from Bose and was driven crazy by the weird high-pitch hum that they produced and that there wasn't an off button for the noise cancelling. That drove me to the soundlink version that I absolutely loved. If you are looking for a non-noise canceling version, check those out. They lasted a long and hard 6 years of use. This version of the noise cancelling has gotten rid of that hum or my hearing has dropped off at those ranges to no longer pick it up. The quiet mode is pretty awesome, I have a loud ergonomic keyboard and can't hear it or the mouse click. The aware mode works well for hearing nearby conversations along with music. The only bad part of that mode is that it uses the exterior mic to play the sound through and if you bump any of the exterior mics (there are 4 pretty accessible ones) it plays that sound through. Comfort wise, they squeeze less than the old version of the soundlink so I can actually wear it around my neck when I take them off and can wear them for a long time and not get a headache. The major compromise I have had is that in order for the quiet mode to work so well, the ear-cups seal really well, which means they don't breathe and my ears will sweat after a while if I don't make a point to take them off every so often for a couple seconds and hold them next to my desk fan.

I bought these around two years ago. These headphone still hold up! I love these so much! Honestly the price is worth it!!! I have spent hundreds of dollars on cheap headphone/earbuds. The noise cancelling on the headphones are great. I get overstimulated sometimes and this helps me stay calm. After two years, the only thing you would need to do is replace the foam but honestly, not a big deal. My favorite headphones!!!

My dad enjoys listening to music without the constant nagging from my mom so i figured why not the best noise cancelling headphones in the game right now? He loved them from the moment he put them on. Very comfortable and not tight on the ears or head

I'm very happy with these headphones. My only complaints are from the noise leak when going over 50% volume and the very seldom times I've had connection issues; the headphones had gone silent but my media would still be playing and would be linked to them. Nothing power cycling can't quickly fix. Noise cancelation is great. Comfortable, too!

Very nice sound, blocking out background noise. I use them while mowing the lawn or whenever I operate the skid steer and I can hear the music very well above the noise of the machines. Also very comfortable, and good battery life .

These headphones are my favorite pair that I have owned. The mic however could be better in noisy areas, but the sound quality, noise cancelling, battery life, and comfort were all great.
