Thanks for leaving your thoughts on the QC45 headphones. It's disappointing to hear you found the headphones would disconnect frequently. This generally happens if your too far away from the paired device. This can also cause sound quality to diminish. To prevent this, please keep close to the media device and no further than 10m / 33ft.

Unfortunately I do hear crackling in the headphones when watching a video on YouTube sound staticky and proceeds to mute the incoming audio.

Should have read online forums before buying; many people having issues with calls thru bluetooth, with some resorting to the corded connection when calling. I tested it with multiple calls and everyone is saying the same thing - my voice goes in/out. Apparently it has to do with specific BT connections (level of bitrate), so some may have no issue, but I do, and it's frustrating.

My TV/receiver would not allow me to Bluetooth both headsets at the same time. I could only listen to one or the other. So, I returned them and am looking for another brand.

If I knew that I might of kept it
