    They are really good headphones but the only reason I gave 4 stars is because when I'm cutting the grass are weedeating the headphones are not clear and makes crackling noise in one ear. Other than that they are really good ones.

    With "QuietComfort" you can hear surrounding sounds, i.e., husband yelling at TV football players. With "Noise Cancelling" you cannot hear your husband speaking to you.
