    I really love the headphones. The only thing that could be better is the nose cancellation. I still can hear some things when it’s in that mode.

    I ended up getting a faulty product. There was just a lot of static and random beeping. The noise cancellation was ok but the music quality was really nice.

      It's great to hear you enjoyed the music quality and noise cancellation features of the QC45 but I'm terribly sorry to learn you experienced a fault out of the box. This should certainly not be happening. If you haven't already, please try to clear the pairing on the headphones and establish a new connection with your media device (likely, your smartphone) to check if the problem continues. If possible, also check with other devices to see if the static and beeping persists. Please also check for firmware updates via the Bose app.

    We have had these since July. I was reluctant to spend this much on headphone oof a tween. The noise canceling is FABLOUS. These block out outside noise, limiting the sensory over stimulus for my autistic granddaughter. She uses them to do her school work, audio books, listen to music, and talk on the phone. Headphones are the universal sign of DO NOT DISTURB
