    I ended up getting a faulty product. There was just a lot of static and random beeping. The noise cancellation was ok but the music quality was really nice.

      It's great to hear you enjoyed the music quality and noise cancellation features of the QC45 but I'm terribly sorry to learn you experienced a fault out of the box. This should certainly not be happening. If you haven't already, please try to clear the pairing on the headphones and establish a new connection with your media device (likely, your smartphone) to check if the problem continues. If possible, also check with other devices to see if the static and beeping persists. Please also check for firmware updates via the Bose app.

    I am never disappointed in anything Bose. These headphones were perfect for me in the gym and on bike rides so I can listen to my books and podcasts.

    Amazing headphones! Love that they added the USB-C charging port and that you can pair them to multiple devices at the same time. Been a fan of Bose for many years.

    Was NOT noise cancelling at all. Perhaps I was not sold the correct product. Sound was very good but I could hear every person in the room even those far from me. Defeated the purpose for buying them.
